"I have bought several things on the internet and I could normally tell if I was taking a risk or not but with A1 Supplements I thought there wasn't any risk. Yet it has been a while since I ordered some Jack3d pre-workout supplement and it hasn't come. I sent many emails to the admin email account with no reply. So what did I experience from a1supplements... A loss of $32 and a month of waiting for my pre-workout stuff before going to the gym only to realise I've been had."
"I placed 2 orders on there web site by mistake because the web sit is not equipped with an automated reply for each order placed. The first arrived at the correct shipping address, BUT the second was sent to my billing address instead of the shipping address. I've corresponded with the support and have been called a lair and a fraud.It was their mix up of shipping the package and I received the worst service ever with the name calling!HIGHLY NOT RECOMMANDED!!!!VERY BAD EXPERIANCE!!!!WILL NOT SHOP THERE EVEN IF THEY WERE THE LAST STORE IN THE UNIVERSE!"
"I just ordered my supplements from A1 on November 8th and just got them today November 12th 2009. They were very fast shipping. And the staff over the phone was very very helpful and answered all my questions with a great attitude. Would recommend A1 to anyone who wanted a good product and great customer service, which you rarely get these days. Will definetly be back and order again. Thanks A1.David "
"I ordered 2 bottles of hydroxycut that were voluntarily recalled by the manufacturer. I never received notice from A1 which is kind of understandable. I found out last week about the recall so I called the number on the box. A message said something like "there are too many calls to answer, please return the product to the store you bought it from for a full refund". I called A1 and they said I missed the cutoff date. I asked for contact information for Muscletech/ Iovate and was told it was private. The girl I talked to was rude and short with me. I asked to speak to someone else and she put me on hold and then picked back up to tell me that there was nothing the company could do for me. She didnt let me talk to someone else. I called back and someone else answered, I told her about my situation and she put me on hold for the same girl to handle it. I dont really care about losing $50 but I do care about customer service. And A1's customer service sucks."
"From the time I placed my order (Oct. 15) to the time I actually received my order (Oct. 19) was a grand total of 4 days. I would think their shipping mistakes are rare, because my order arrived well packaged and exactly what I asked for. Their prices are sometimes the best around (sometimes not, just shop around) and their login system is the most convenient I've seen (logs into their store and forums simultaneously)."

"I ordered 2 cases of MyoplexRTD from A1supplements.com to be sent to an FPO AP address (which they allow), however having not received the order, and not being able to track I emailed the company. They said there was a $69 shipping charge which I was never told about. Unfortunately a Marine in Iraq was very disappointed...why couldn't they have emailed me with the request?? Why did my son have to wait 3 weeks to find out that the order wasn't coming? I ended up buying the supplement at a local GNC and shipping it for $16 in my own packaging. Very poor customer relations. "
"The site isn't very well setup and I was having problems getting to where I wanted to...everytime I updated my cart (quantities of the same item), I lost my cart information. Though, all this might very well be a problem on my side, possibly an Internet Explorer only site, a browser which I don't have. I ordered this afternoon, but I'll update this when I receive my items."
"This store has really low prices and prompt fast shipping. I have tried researching this company online, however this company did not have any reviews. So I would like to be the first to say that I am extremely pleased with the service and quality of products.
