I placed my order a week ago and everytime I call about tracking they say they will call me back and never do. The first time i called and talked to the man he put me on hold while he was supposed to get the tracking info and never came back on the line. I called back there was no answer the rest of the day. Today I called numerous times and waited on hold and now he just cuts me off hold without even coming on the line. "Received the product but cannot contact customer service. On hold for over 10 min on 3 separate attemps and when dropped into voice mail the message just says that it is full and disconnects you. The online chat is not functioning. Email produced a response 2 days later but ask for the same information that I had attached in the original email.
