"I think this company is awesome. I run a computer store and have recieved great service and product from 9Software. They have helped me to increase my profit margins and helped my customers save money at the same time. The one time I did have a problem, it was handled in a friendly, profesional manner. My product always arrives in record time and as expected. To clarify, if you're expecting brand new consumer products instead of blemished OEM, you're in the wrong place, but 9Software makes the product descriptions very clear. "I ordered 2 NEW Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade disks from #9 Software. I just received them about 5 minutes ago at my business and guess what.... THEY WERE OPENED AND HAD FINGERPRINTS ON THE DISKS. I ordered NEW copies and they sent me 2 copies that were already opened and used. The boxes had pieces of the color and cardboard rubbed off and ALL factory seals were broken.
I own a computer store and fortunately I videotape all unboxings from new vendors. I will be posting that video on youtube for all to see.
So I called them and spoke to the receptionist and she insisted I was lying and that my purchase was sealed and new and that there was nothing she could do until her manager returns Monday.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - THEY RIPPED ME OFF."
"Worse experience ever, I ordered 2 Windows Xp Home OEM and got 2 Counterfeit windows xp home oem, the key was non valid, I called microsoft and they told me the keys were fake, the package and manual looks original but don't get fool by this con artist, compared side by side with an Authentic Windows xp clearly it has differences, you would never know if you don't have an original copy of windows oem and compare side by side. Don't buy from here you just gonna get ripoff."

My two purchase experience back in 2007 were excellent(Windows XP pro & Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac)..supposed to return for a third time last 1/09 (Windows Vista Business) but were unavailable from them at that time...Great prices!! Excellent value for your software buck!!
