I purchased a cosmetic blimished Windows vista Upgrade. I am very happy with the item I received. It only had a very small scratch on the case. And the price was very low. Product loaded and registered just as described. Shipping was very fast also, I received my product in three days.

I have ordered several Windows XP & Office 2k3 from them & always received great service. When I have had to call them concerning info on one of it's products, if the person on the phone wasn't sure about the answer they would take the time to ask someone else or check the product for me to make sure my questions were answered. I will continue to order from them as I haven't had any reason not to.  
 
They do have some of the best prices on Windows XP & Office that I've found.

I have used these guys for quite a while. I have gotten good deals on operating systems & office suites. Also they offer licenses that are good prices.

Great alternative for saving money on software. Everything goes well with the purchase, delivery, install and registration. Couldn't be better.

I purchased a Windows XP Pro OEM CD from these guys, the next day the e-mailed me saying they cancelled the order because of a mistake, and that it was out of stock. If they offered me a bigger price, I would suspect bait and switch, but at least they didn't do that.

Ordered windows xp oem license, product worked great and was sent extremely fast. Web site is easy to navigate.

I ordered an oem license of Windows XP Pro for a barebones laptop I am building and saved myself better than $50 over buying the oem XP Pro cd and COA, since I already own two oem XP Pro disks. I called in the order and the lady that took my order was courteous and knowledgable and efficient in the order process. I received email confirmation about my order in less than one hour and my order was shipped less than an hour after receiving my first email confirming my order. Great people to do business with and I will use them again in the future.

As an IT consultant, I've ordered licenses from these folks many, many times and have always been very satisfied. They usually get my orders out the very same day and I receive them via free shipping in a day or two. Automated confirmation and tracking information is extremely prompt and accurate. Ordering via their website is a breeze. I haven't found anybody with cheaper prices (at least for legit, reliable dealing), but even if I find somebody to beat them by a buck or two, I'm sticking with 9software.

This is the MOST helpful customer service I've received in a long time -- the rep (Missy) was courteous, spoke clearly, and super-anxious to please... mission accomplished!! They had called to confirm different shipping address and we worked out an even better alternative!! Thanks Missy and #9 -- I will definitely order my software here and have already recommended several other people to this store! THANKS for an easy and pleasant transaction!

Normally make all purchases at NewEgg.com but they didn't have Windows 98se so I purchased from 9Software.  
Purchase and shipping went fine. Got the item in good time. Item did have the same problem described by others. Glue specks on the CD. It also had a rather bad scratch, but it didn't effect the reading.  
Overall they seem to be a good company, I do prefer to get items that don't seem to be either used or badly treated.  
 
Also you don't get emails about the order. You get one automated email from what seems to be UPS telling you an item from 9software has been shipped.  
 
Their policy is,  
You have 14 days to make any return.  
Returned unopened items (whether they work or not) will be charged a 15% restocking fee, while opened items are 30%. The only time they do not charge restocking is if you take store credit (unopened items only, how can you tell something is busted unless you open it?). This seems rather high since 15% is a normal restocking fee for ANY item, also if an item is bad from the seller I don't think it is right to charge a restocking fee (NewEgg doesn't), just exchange it. Either just make it a forced product exchange but it is useless and silly to charge one thing for opened and one for unopened.  
 
I will probably buy from again if I need to, but will watch them closely when I do. I just don't trust companies that charge restocking fees if you open their product and only allow you 14 days to return the item.

I was little nervous about ordering from these guys, since they had kind of sketchy revews at the time. But was pleasently surprised with their fast service. I had ordered a Windows ME license and it arrived in less then 5 days via

Inspite of all the negatives here I ordered from this company, specially when I found they were only a 2 hour drive from me. I did not order online but called them and did some questioning. The person I spoke to, Crystal I believe, was very nice and seemed quite above board. I ordered a Win98SE disk on April 1, and had it in my hands on April 2 at 11am. It was sent UPS ground but as I live so close it really got here fast! It was packaged well and arrived in great shape and was just exactly what was advertised on their site and what I was told it would be. The disk was a genuine Microsoft disk. Works just fine. After my order I received an email conformation and then a shipping notice with a tracking number. All in all a very good experience. I think I will order from them again.
