1) We had a run on purchases due to a viral blog post about the new Obihai Google Voice integration....our stock was depleted in just a few hours before the inventory levels got adjusted.
2) We were unaware that the manufacturer was out of stock – previous we had no issues with getting new stock the next day.
And lastly, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. This sort of issue isn't the norm .. but rather an exceptional case. Thank you for your understanding!”
"They are a good e-store, but they are one of thousands. They can't call themselves distributors because they are competing directly with their channel since end-users can buy online! For the mom and pop guys that want to do it themselves that may be doing it on the side, voipstore is fine. For industry professional resellers, why give your business to someone who doesn't sell at MAP and could steal your customers from you? You may do one install but the second they feel they understand the product, they're buying online from your "distributor.""
