"I've ordered from 6pm.com probably 4 times now in the last several months, always had a great experience. They ship fast, the sizes and shoes were exactly as described. Free shipping too! So I don't have to worry about batching my orders together. I just order one pair if I want to without worrying about meeting a minimum for free shipping. Not sure about anyone else, but I've been very happy. I highly recommend that you know the sizing of the shoes, especially if you aren't familiar with the brand. Just because you take a size 8 in brand A doesn't mean you take a size 8 in brand B. I ordered shoes from brands I already use, so that wasn't a problem. Haven't had to deal with a return yet, but it sounds like it might be somewhat of a more difficult process than other retailers."
"I recently purchased an order at 6pm for their black Friday and I can't recommend them more. They ship really fast, ordered it in the middle of the day and it shipped early the next day. So orders may be automated and if you try to cancel soon after it may ship anyway. Shipping was free which was nice and the items came just as expected. There is a 30 day return policy however return shipping is not included. Items were well priced and look great. Will be looking forward to making purchases on items in the future."

Thank goodness for those people who left positive reviews because I was so pleased when my package arrived. My boxes were wrapped perfectly, the order was correct, and they were the correct sizes. My only complaint is that the website did not do my shoes justice. They're even more beautiful in person!"
"I purchased a pair of shoes that were priced at $14.99, which was discounted from a $110.00 value. I had never heard of the "Circus By Sam Edelman" brand but when I saw they seemed to be a similar quality to others, I decided to purchase them. The first pair I ordered was a size 7, the shoe fit as if I was squeezing into a 6.5, so I checked the inside of the shoe and sure enough, it was the correct size. I decided to send them back so I called customer service because I noticed after going onto the website, that they don't have an exchange policy. I decided to go up to a 7.5 and ended up having to buy the shoes again which had gone up to $25.89. I sent the first pair back having to pay the shipping cost and received the second pair within 4 days. I was very disappointed to try them on and not be able to wear those either. The 7.5 fit was the same as the size 7. Again, I checked the inside of the shoe to see if they sent a smaller size and it said 7.5. I'm starting to wonder if this website sells irregular merchandise because this is ridiculous that both of these sizes aren't much different and are very tight and uncomfortable. I'm very disappointed because I still don't have a pair of shoes, yet I'm having to spend all this extra money for shoes that started off at $14.99. I'd rather go to DSW or somewhere or to order from another merchant that is more reliable."
"Ordered boots twice. First ones were a size smaller than I originally ordered. Gave those away because I wasn't about to pay shipping. Ordered a different type boot. Ordered one size bigger on purpose. Got one size smaller again. Hallelujah. lol. They suck with sizes. Also packaging wasn't that great. Boxes were broken. Shoes just stuffed inside."
"This is the first time I have ever made a comment about a store. I feel very strongly about customer service. I'm a registered nurse and give customer service everyday to my patients. I recently ordered a dress for a funeral from 6PM. They sent a pair of shoes instead. So I called 6PM to ask what could be done. They explained the dress had sold out in the size I had ordered and they would give me a free shipping label to send the shoes back so I would not have to pay for the shipping of a pair of shoes not in my size and a pair of shoes I didn't order. I couldn't believe it. The representative acted like he was doing me a favor by giving me free shipping to ship back their mistake. I ask the representative to speak to a supervisor he put me on hold for 3-5 minutes returned to the line and stated their was not any supervisor available to receive my call. Once again I was shocked. How can a company value their customers so little. I ask the Customer service representative where they were located so I could document the call. He stated the call was routed outside of the USA to the Philippines. I'm so disappointed in 6PM customer service and their lack of value for their customers. I have ordered from this company many times but after this incident I will not be giving them my business. I will keep the shoes not in my size and give them to one of my chemo patients and obsorb the $65 dollars I paid for the dress I didn't get. I would not recommend 6PM based on their lack of caring for what makes their company their customers."
"Good prices, but LOUSY service. I had made a mistake in my address &amp;amp; notified the company IMMEDIATELY by email (no way to cancel/correct an order online). They ignored this and provided the shipping status info instead (to the mistaken address)."
"Avoid this company. I ordered a pair of shoes using a discount code to get a nice savings over other retailers pricing for the product. The checkout page suggested $xx.xx, however, the receipt/sales confirmation indicated that the discount code wasn't expired and the final cost was higher than other retailers. Customer service said that code was invalid when I ordered, even though it was applied at the time of checkout. This is a terrible example of "bait and switch" pricing. What recourse do we have as online consumers?"
"This company is garbage. Like a lot of other people I've heard from, they seem scam-ish. I ordered a pair of suspiciously on-sale/inexpensive Birkenstocks from them, which they accepted payment for and claimed to be shipping to me. After many days of absolutely no activity in my account I called them to ask where the shoes were. The representative told me that they were "lost" (which is the only time I've ever heard of this happening and I shop online A LOT). They issued a re-fund, thank god. The whole experience was ridiculous. I waited for weeks with no contact and ended up with no shoes. Never ordering from them again."
"The product was great and the shipping to my house was great. Obviously since this is an online order I wasn't sure if it would fit right and I needed a half size larger. I do not like that exchanges aren't offered and you have to buy your own shipping label. Ridiculous since this is all online. I do not plan on shopping through 6pm again, this was only for a wedding shoe. I went out of my way to sign up for this site just so I could write a review, I'm a little annoyed."

I have ordered from them numerous times and have received exactly what I ordered with very quick delivery and when I have had to return items (shoes), they have processed the return credit within just a couple of days back to my credit card. "I bought three pairs of shoes from this company in May 2013. The shoes were all sent in the same shipping box and they did not fit. I paid to ship the shoes back in the same shipping box. 6pm.com sent me an email that they had received two of the shoes and confirmed that I would be refunded for the two pairs that had been received. However, when I contacted customer service to complain, I was told to provide a tracking number for the third pair of shoes. Why would I need a tracking number when two of the shoes in the package had been received by them? I could not find a tracking number for the shipment and 6pm.com have continued to cycle through various customer service names on their emails, claiming that I have already been assisted, meanwhile nothing has been done. Please stay away from this seller, they are crooks! They find ways to dupe you through their non-friendly shipping returns policy. Better to spend a few more bucks and purchase shoes from a more reputable and trust worthy company with free returns."
"I ordered women's slippers but 6PM sent me a pair of men's shoes. After I notified them about the mistake, they seemed to agree to accept the shoes back provided I would pay for the return shipping. Donated the wrong shoes and decided not to deal with 6PM any more. "
