I'm sorry to hear that the wrong jacket may have been sent to you. The manufacturer of the item is able to name the color of their merchandise anything that they'd like. For example, the color of the shoe may be green but the color description could say mulberry. While we know that green and mulberry are nowhere near being the same color, that description was given to the item by the manufacturer and we have to list it as such.
This was the case with the jacket that you purchased. The color code is Tyre Grey but the pattern of the jacket does not depict that. I believe that you received a jacket that has a checkered pattern. While the item is no longer available on the site, I was able to pull a photo of the item up and can confirm that it shows a checkered patter. However, at first glance it may not have been noticeable unless you knew to look for it. Zooming in on the images that we provide will also help you to see the pattern more clearly. While we don't generally give return labels for matters such as this, I show that we did email one to you.
I truly do apologize for any inconvenience that we have caused you. Please know that it was never our intention to make things more difficult for you. I'm sorry that the jacket did not work as you had hoped.

As we do advise that prices change and do so often, it may be best to purchase two different sizes and return the one that does not work out. "I ordered from 6pm recently and I loved the service so much I had to leave a rave review. I was aware Zappos owned 6pm, and since Zappos is known for its outstanding cs/fast shipping, I wasn't worried about a bad experience. I placed an order Sunday and my item came Wednesday. Shipping was not only free but took three days to get to me, which is amazing! I live in Virginia and it came from Kentucky, which I know isn't that far, but I still love that I could easily track my order through UPS and know exactly where it was. I ordered from Amazon on Friday and since the seller there shipped via USPS, where tracking is practically nonexistent, I have no idea where my item is right now. It's frustrating because it's almost been a week already and I don't even know if it's near me. So thank you, 6pm, for making tracking/receiving an order so easy and simple.
I love the friendly, family-oriented staff! It makes shopping a joy to have a company that actually cares about you and your business with them. So thank you for your excellent service and please don't ever change the professional yet welcoming way you run your business. :)
Also, I noticed the product I purchased shot up from $27.50 to $39.99 in a matter of days, so if you find a great deal on something you'd like, try to buy it ASAP! The prices do change often!!
