Didn't have to contact support--my order for a couple of Dell 720 printer refill kits was perfect, and high-quality Inktec as advertised. Full-color packing slip is a nice touch--this appears to be a real-deal operation that setup a website, not a couple of high school kids in a garage.
Way to go! I'll be back to quench my printer's thirst."

He told me too bad, to have the post office run an investigation. For an ink cartridge this is just too much hassle, this is a horrible company, never buy from them. They took my money yet I never received the product and to make it worse I was treated badly."
"Experienced a fraudulent purchase. They advertise OEM high yield cartridge, but I received an out of box discontinued item that was not a high yield ink cartridge.
This order was delivered and left out in the rain and the hot sun... I emailed customer service and was pretty much told tough what do you want me to do! Later UPS stopped by and said they had a report from this company stating I never got this order, told them no that was not the problem. No I have 2 CLI-221C (CYAN) that does not work at all. They lied to UPS and they do not stand behind their product. Expensive Lesson Learned!!!"

"They provided the ink at a great price with extremely fast service. Came packed well and sooner than expected. The budget ink seems to work so far, but misses lines at low quality (fixed by upping the printing quality). This isn't really their problem, however, as I could have bought the normal, certified ink, but I chose to save some money.
Very easy to use and good e-mails.
Will order ink from them again."

"I ordered twice within a 2 week period from this company. I received order confirmations & the products arrived in less than a week. I received the wrong product on the 2nd order. I sent an e-mail to customer service which was responded to wothin 24 hours instructing me to call them. They rep I spoke to handled my problem promptly & shipped out the correct product immediately & included an RMA to send back the wrong item upon receiving the correct one. I'm satisfied their products & customer service & plan to use them for future purchases."
"Terrible policy - the order came to 1 penny short and they demanded $50 for shipping. I was willing to pay the penny so they made the $50. I will shop local so I don't have to pay the shipping."
