reply posted May-16-2013 “Thank you for ordering with us! I am so sorry for the confusion. It is normal for compatible/remanufactured cartridges to read empty ink levels. OEM Manufacturer's designs their printers' ink levels to only function with genuine ink cartridges as a ploy to get customers to only buy their products. Unfortunately, remanufacturers do not know of a way to get the ink levels working properly but we do know that these cartridges will work in your printer and they have the full amount of ink in them. You will know when you are low on ink when your pages start to print faintly.
If you have any further questions or if you experience any trouble printing. You can also reach us directly at 1-888-321-2552. We are available weekdays 5am-7pm and weekends 7am-4pm (PST). Our representatives are friendly, our hold time is never long, and we can get most issues corrected with some simple troubleshooting.
