"Actually, I had a really good experience with this company. I had ordered 1gb of ram of DDR for my stupid rambus-based (thanks alot dell!) computer because it was cheap and I wasn't paying attention to the fact that my comp had a different, hyper-expensive memory architecture, I know, dumb mistake which I haven't made since. Anyway I made another mistake by not getting an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from the company, so they helped me out and mailed me back the ram an envelope with an RMA form stamped on it. Very helpful in getting me out of this mess. No delays on the credit card corrections, which was another plus for them. And they were very friendly on the phone. They seem very honest and I would never be afraid to do business with them! I'm going there for my memory!"
