"When I didn't receive this order after a week I called and was told the post office sent the order back as undeliverable. They said my account would be credited and that I would have to re-order. So I re-ordered and received the second order in 4 days. But when I got my credit card statement I saw I hadn't been credited but charged again for an order I hadn't received. As of March 27, 2007 I'm still going round and round with the credit card company because Micro Magic marked both orders shipped and used the same tracking number on both so they both show being delivered. I may have to eat this one, but in the end I think they are the ones who will pay the higher price. Three know the truth. One of the three makes the finally judgment. I leave it in his hands."

"This company has ripped me off and looks like they have ripped off many more, I guess I should have looked into their reports first. I sent back RAM for warranty exchange 1.5 months ago and they refuse to replace RAM, return calls, or answer phones. I hope no one else gets taken by this company. The order number was yhst-22894386579119-3979. On January 09, 2007 my account was debited for the total amount of $149.99. I became concerned when the item had not arrived by January 22nd, 2007, so I sent them an email at 10:00 PM to the email address email@example.com. On January 23rd, 2007, the package arrived fully sealed, but when opened, it only contained packing materials (7 foam peanuts) and no memory. My wife had to cut it open, as the seal of the envelope was so well intact that she couldn't rip it without tearing it up. Therefore there is no way it could have been tampered with! It was very obvious that it had not been tampered with. Even more concerned, at this point, we began search online for a contact number and found this link: http://www.pricewatch.com/public/feedback.aspx?q=5078&i=1. I saw that someone else had complained of the exact same issue. Looking at the PriceWatch Feedback list, it seemed odd that they would have a string of negatives and then a string of positives. It became quickly evident that this sites feedback system was broken, allowing multiple feedbacks just by changing email addresses. Which means that this company could easily be stacking false positives to improve their rating. So, we did a Google Search and found that there had been quite a few complaints. We found the number on MicroMagic US site, 6265525068, and called. No one answered, but while my wife was on the line waiting to leave a message, we received a call on the other line and it was them. Obviously calling back using caller id. They never asked for my name or what the product was that I had ordered. We told them we received an envelope containing only 7 foam packing peanuts and he accused the postal service of tampering and said he had several complaints of the same issue. He then said that we should file a claim with the US Postal Service. Since it was obvious that there was no tampering involved, my wife told them that would be fraud. He said to send it back and he would give us our money back, but when asked how can we send back something we never received. He hung up on us. After the confrontation we checked online for our order status again and it said it had been cancelled. We never canelled it!!! We never got our product and we never disclosed our name or any other personal info that this guy could have known which order to even cancel. Even if he used the phone number from the caller id. We never cancelled the order!! We wanted the product and were unable to even discuss whether he would send it or our money back because he hung on us! Plus if my order had been canceled .. why would I have gotten an empty envelope in the mail. Received reply from CATHRIEN MARTINEZ so sorry your order was shipped out usps standard mail on Friday, You'll get your item in a few days. Received package on 27 Jan 07, fro Micro magic Us, 10501 Valley Blve Ste#1100, El Monte, CA 91731, delivery confirmation # 0304 1560 0002 3464 0185 (package sealed), I opened the package - NO MEMORY - just red heat sink plates.I emailed them as soon as I got my package, no reply. They tried to double bill me. This company operates under several names and address. THEY SUCK !!!! Mailed back their empty package of heat sink and packing peanuts (delivery confirmation) they, refused it. Went to bank, filed dispute. 4magicus stated to the bank, that had called me to let me know that they were shipping out a replacement. They never made that call. All I got was another package of garbage (confirmed delivery), no memory. So I am out of 92$ and my bank will be without my checking, savings and mortage. Bank did not bother the do any checking on these crooks. DO NOT DO ANY BUSISNESS WITH THEM OR REGIONS BANK !!!!!!!!!"
"SCAMMERS...SCAMMMERS....SCAMMERS!!! WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Save yourself the time and grief and just place your order through a company that actually cares. The customer service for this company is the worst I have EVER dealt with in 15 years of online purchasing. My RMA still has not arrived after they allege they have shipped 2 replacements in the last 4 weeks. They will not give tracking numbers even after 13 phone calls to resolve the issue. (probably because they never actually shipped the items) The 13 phone calls I made also do not account for the 14 additional calls made that went directly to a voice mail message that says "mailbox full" and prevents you from even leaving them a message. When the sales staff is contacted they either A) play dumb and ask you to call back so they can play dumb again on a follow up phone call (fell for this a few times) or B) just get nasty and beligerant and hang up on their customers. During my contact with them, (13 phone calls with NO RESULTS) the sales staff (Frank) hung up on me on 4 occassions and still did not make ANY effort to resolve the problem acting as though it is MY fault his company didn't ship my items or track the packages they allegedly send. Extremely unorganized and rude staff that doesn't seem to care about anything once they have received your payment. A dispute with the credit card company has already been filed. If you are not prepared to spend a good amount of time dealing with these idiots, and inevitably your credit card company to dispute your order, then take your business elsewhere. If you have an RMA with this company, do yourself a favor and just get a refund as you will never see your order again. Thanks 4magicus!! You got me to spend 10 hours of my life I will never get back and incidentally, I still don't have the item(s) ordered or my refund. Don't expect this merchant to be around much longer with their blatent lack of care to their customers. ... "
"Ordered a 1GB stick of DDR400 PC3200 memory at a very low competitive price. It was shipped to another office for installatuion, but the installation was delayed for two months. When I got to the installation (November) I found the memory to be dead and would not boot in any machine. I returned the memory to 4Magicus and it was immediately replaced and returned to me in 3 days. So, although the initial product was defective, the replacement was extremely prompt and without hassle. "
"On 10/25 I ordered 3 sticks of PC133 512MB memory. On 10/30 I received a "Your order has shipped" email. Since it had not arrived as of 11/7 I decided to look for my tracking number to be shown an "Order Cancelled" message so I called them and was told that the manager had freaked when she saw that my billing and shipping address' were different and cancelled the order but that my order would now be reinstated and shipped that day and I would receive a tracking number that night. My order had still not been received by 11/13 so I looked at my order status to find out that it had been canceled AGAIN so I called back and was told that I would get a call back later that afternoon (11/13) but I still have not received any calls."
