"Ordering was pretty easy and the product information is thorough. Received shipment on time. Though the packaging was little damaged, goods were in right order. Would consider buying again from ElectronicWareHouse if I get a good deal on pricing."

"WOW!!! I heard about this place from my brother who searched the internet for an ipod adapter and speaker and found your electronic warehouse to have EXCELLENT SHIPPING and PRICING and told me to check them out for my new receiver that I was looking for. I called about the one I wanted and the manufacturer was nearing the end on production, but they offered an alternative that was quite a bit more expensive (retail) but not so much when they gave me their pricing. I thought about it for a day and called back and was actually able to get in touch with the same person (located in the USA) as the day before. Both times they were very friendly and helpful. My item had to be ordered from the manufacturer and they told me to expect it to ship on the 15th. On the 15th, I got an email saying it shipped and then looked closer and saw it shipped on the 14th and would arrive on the 15th!! That's right, NEXT DAY SHIPPING and that was included in the price of the receiver, and that price beat ANY internet place by a minimum of $500! These guys are great! They sell authorized product at a great price with GREAT SERVICE. you can't go wrong here."

"I've ordered from them twice. Prices on their specials are amazing, delivery is prompt. I called customer service once because I couldn't locate the code for the discount my first order provided for my next order. The service person was pleasant and helpful, and followed up with an email to me to make sure I succeeded. An outstanding on-line merchant."

"Poor customer service. Item received was different than pictured. Description for a RCA Y adapter was possibly confused. Customer service rep would not admit the wording was incorrect under the item description. Offered a refund if I paid for return ship, which was the same as the cost of the item. Not a happy guy. Oh well, next time I will save money by running to local Radio Shack and paying more up front but not having to hassle with return shipping, etc."
