Excellant customer service and prompt delivery of items as promised.

Poor customer service. Item received was different than pictured. Description for a RCA Y adapter was possibly confused. Customer service rep would not admit the wording was incorrect under the item description. Offered a refund if I paid for return ship, which was the same as the cost of the item. Not a happy guy. Oh well, next time I will save money by running to local Radio Shack and paying more up front but not having to hassle with return shipping, etc.

Electronic Wearhouse was extremely easy to navigate. Their prices were the lowest I could find, and their delivery was free and very fast--within three days. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Good prices, quick shipping, I'm happy.

The order was not delivered until I actually called. No notice of any delay in fulfilling the order were provided. Credit card was charged regardless. I was told there was a mixup with regards to the vendor. I still should have been notified of the delay.

The purchase of this order is very good. I can get the product shipped on the expected date and the product looks good and what I was expected. I would recommend this to others. The only thing I want more detail is the reward point section.
