It is a tiny bottle of vitamins and should only take a few days at most to be here. I completely understand if an item is on backorder but here\u0027s the big problem I have... Customer service keeps telling me that it will definitely be shipped on or before a certain day when I call or email. I call customer service a few days after the 3rd to see if it had shipped and they said the next day. I emailed them to see what was going on a day or two later and they said it will be shipped on or before the 9th. I call yesterday and a customer service rep tells me that they will definitely have the item in by today (11th) and will be shipped out. Now I am looking on my order page and it says it\u0027s not being shipped out until next Monday! It\u0027s not a problem if it\u0027s on backorder but I wish they wouldn\u0027t tell me that it\u0027s going to be shipped out today and now I have to wait almost another week or probably even more at this rate!!
