You did not give me the choice when I simply purchased the product...and then you made me log-on rather than providing an "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of you spam news letter. "Horrible Horrible Horrible service. I placed an order on 4/27, and after waiting several weeks and not receiving my order I called customer service. I was told my order was going to ship that day and I would receive a shipping notification. After waiting a few additional days without receiving a shipping notification, I called back and asked to have my order cancelled since almost a month had passed and the order still had not shipped. I was told my order could not be cancelled, that it was going to ship and I would manually be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail that would contain a tracking number. That e-mail also did not happen, so I opened a dispute with paypal to get my money back. The same day I opened my Paypal dispute, the status of my order on their website went from processed to shipped, but there was no tracking number nor a shipping confirmation email sent. After waiting several additional days to see if this order would miraculously show up, and as I was about to change my Paypal dispute to a claim, I was given a reimbursement from the seller. My issue with this seller is that I was lied to both times when I called customer service, as my order was never going to ship, yet I was told twice I would be receiving a shipping confirmation e-mail the same days that I called. The estimated ship date for my order was constantly being pushed out when the actually date arrived, and this went on for almost a month. My other issue is the fact that they updated the status of my order to shipped the exact same day I opened my paypal dispute, after it sat in a processed state for weeks. That order never shipped, as there was never a shipping confirmation e-mail sent, nor a tracking number provided on their website. This company is a deceptive, rinky-dink company that is run by one fraudulent individual, as the same person always answers the phone when you call customer service, and tells you lies and blames the manufacturer for their ineptness. I would never ever place an order with them again, and will tell everyone I know about the horrendous experience I had with them!"
"4AllVitamins has an easy enough interface to order your products. Prices were comparable if not cheaper on some items than other discount, online herbal sites. . . Orders take about 2 days to ship and then 2 to 3 days to arrive, so you're looking at 5 or 6 days on average from the time you place to when the order actually arrives due to weekends. Products I ordered are high quality, just as you'd get anywhere else and in good shape upon arrival. Will use them again."
Shipping: Placed the order of Friday, paid extra for 2-day shipping, received the order next Friday (5 business days later).
In this case it did a huge difference, since I had not received the product by the time of the departure for my overseas trip, for which the product was intended for.
The product that I ordered is not unique to 4allvitamins, and I just don't get it who can one survive the competition if it takes 3 days to get to the clients order."
"I am requesting a supervisor or manager follow up on my last order from the date ordered, the stream of emails and passive aggressive customer service interaction until the date I finally received the order paid for April 3rd, 2012. I have askded repeatedly for the name of a supervisor or for a manager to contact me. I instead received passive agressive responses telling me how important I am as a customer. When a supervisor/manager has read the email service interaction from this order, I would like someone to contact me at the email on my account.
My experience is the worst order service I have received. Mistakes happen, however, when they do the company should admit, correct, and do so immediately. The service I received is not acceptable, could have been controlled, and is a coaching opportunity if management cares. 200 points does what to resolve this type of service?"
