Also, be aware if you tell them to cancel your order they will threaten to charge you a \u0022cancellation fee\u0022 and\/or lie that the item has \u0022already shipped, you will have to send it back and pay a restock fee\u0022. Real scumbags. They post on their website cameras have a usa warranty but be aware they are not factory warranties. They are 42nd street store warranties\u0022 which are worthless. they are selling grey market items and being deceptive with the \u0022usa warranty\u0022 and they will tell you \u0022well it IS a usa warranty since we are in the USA but it is not a factory warranty\u0022. They will try to sell you the items that come in the factory box as \u0022extra\u0027s\u0022 and lie and state they are not included. It also appears they post false positive feedback on here to try to keep their rep up. I just disputed the charge on my card since they tried to scam me. <br><br>Cancel your order, dispute the charge. I plan to screen capture their website and report them to the BBB and contact a lawyer.<br><br>Click on the names of the positive reviews, you will see that is the only review they have posted on here. VERY suspicious isn\u0027t it! Also, google \u002242nd street photo scam\u0022 and you will see all the people they have ripped off. Heck, one of their former owners was indited for fraud! "I ordered a lens for a big fashion show on 3/19 early in the day and the charge went thru on my credit card right away and the bank confirmed this. I ordered it Next Day Air and paid the extra cost. 47th Street Photo waited till 3/21 to ship it and it arrived after the photo shoot. When I called they lied and said the charge didn't't go thru till 3/20 and then they decided to wait another day to ship. I asked for a simple refund of the shipping charges and they told me they had sent it next day air and didn't't take responsibility for waiting two days on a RUSH shipment. Great price on the lens but not worth the savings when it arrived after it was needed."
