"My order was delivered as promised and everything worked great. I was concerned that the special firmware update for use with a Time Warner mobile broadband modem I ordered was going to a problem; however, everything worked perfectly! I purchased equipment to have a mobile personal WiFi network with extended battery capability for my wife's iPad - she is absolutely ecstatic about how easy it is to use and the 5-6 hour (or more) battery life.
