I have to thank you for your website info that led to me ordering the CTR500 wireless router. It arrived today and is everything your website promised. I had it set up in less than 5 minutes. It works perfectly and our Internet speed is very fast. After wasting a month of time, energy and needless stress with our clueless cellphone/ISP provider and their system that never did work, we are especially appreciative of this product that actually does what it is supposed to.
If anyone wants to know what to get for their system, I say "Go to the 3G Store!"

Purchased a PHS300. I spoke to the store before I purchased it item since the Blackberry was not on the "supported" list. They were helpful, and the after purchase customer service was excellent. Thanks

Shipping was fast ( I'm very close to the geographically so they really had no excuse to not be fast )
Only thing was shipping was expensive.
$10 for something that weighed under 2 pounds.
found out about a day later I could have gotten free shipping for the same item at the same price at a different website.

I can't say enough good things about this company's service and support, both prior to and after purchase. I bought a Sprint Sierra Compass modem through them. Sprint had rejected my rebate application soon after purchase and the customer service rep from 3G took over and dealt directly with Sprint, with the end result that I did get the rebate.
Yesterday, I called tech support and spoke with Ed. I had recently bought a Macbook Pro and had trouble getting the Sierra modem to connect to the internet. I spent a negligible time on hold before he picked up. He was extremely patient, knowledgable and helpful. After an hour of trying various fixes, he and I were able to get it up and running.
Clearly this company has the right philosophy and performance as noted by their highest rating, which is completely well deserved.

This is an unusual review, since it's praise for an order NOT placed. I asked 3GStore about starting a new contract for mobile broadband; what kind of incentives they offer, etc. They told me that I was better off with my current contract since it doesn't place any limits on broadband usage, and the new contract would have a limit. So they gave up some profits to give their customer a better deal. There aren't a lot of companies out there that would go that far to help their customer, and you can bet that I will return their loyalty to me by being a loyal customer of 3GStore.

Very competent and responsive and quickly available tech support. Extensive on-line information about EVDO equipment and applications. I am very satisfied with several contacts with this company.

I found 3gstore.com after a sad experience with another online mobile broadband seller who were unable or unwilling (or both) to provide any pre-sales information about their products, let alone post sales support.
In contrast, 3gstore.com surpassed my expectations by far. The website was informative and the customer support/sales people were knowledgeable about the products as well as willing to listen to my requirements and explain what I needed to set up a Verizon mobile broadband network in my new home.
Delivery was fast but set up baffled me - at which point the true value of using this company became obvious. Their technical support team were helpful, patient and successful in overcoming several problems with my Windows XP and Vista systems. They were determined to get through the problems and I know that I couldn't have made it work without them.
Many thanks to the 3gstore people and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. A great customer care approach in a world where this is increasingly rare! This review was modified by its author, colinstafford, on

I needed to set up a network of PTZ cameras and knew nothing about it. I initially went to 3Gstore after finding good comments about them on the internet. I am so glad I did.
The folks at 3Gstore were very helpful in answering my questions and even gave me a solution that reduced long-term costs.
3Gstore has good quality equipment plus excellent pre- and post-sales support and technical assistance.

This was my first experience with 3GSTORE.COM and I am very impressed. My order shipped the next day. When I received the router I called for help installing it and was assisted by Graham. He was patient, answered EVERY question I had and stayed with me on the phone until I had my computer working wirelessly. I really appreciated the care I received from this company. I WILL purchase products from here again & will also inform my friends of this great service. 3GStore.com deserves a 5 STAR!

Thank you for recommending the magnetic antenna for my laptop and for listening so carefully, as I described my situation. It's the perfect application for the wireless network problem I had.
I'd been struggling with wireless internet service in a fair-poor coverage area for about a year. My home is made of corrugated metal, surrounded by trees, and it became impossible to get a connection. Unemployed, I didn't know from one day to the next, if I would even have a connection to search for work and complete an online college course. Some days, I would have the error message, "No Network" all day long. I was very discouraged.
I was a not expecting this little antenna to be so powerful. It took me all of about 5 minutes for me to grab a stepladder and position the antenna on my roof. I now have FIVE bars of EDGE Network all day and all night.
This may sound corny, but this little antenna has given me relief, and renewed hope for my future. I'm able to continue with the online courses I need, to compete in a tough job market, and find a new job. It was well worth the money spent.

I researched my needs at 3GStore.com and at other sites a few times before I decided to buy anything. I was a little disappointed that there doesn't appear to be a product rating system where purchasers rate the products they buy like, for example, at newegg.com, which has an excellent system. But, then again, newegg didn't have all the stuff I wanted, and the price of the router I went with was much higher at newegg.
I ended up ordering a KPC680 cellular modem with two-year service contract with Verizon, a Cradlepoint MBR 1000 router, and an external antenna for the modem. Verizon's monthly charge is not much more than I was paying for the dedicated phone line and ISP I was using before, and the access speed is about 30 times faster. I am not happy with the 5GB per month cap Verizon imposes on usage, though. That limit makes this more of an information connection to the internet, and not an entertainment connection. Anything over 5 GB is charged at the rate of $0.25 per MB, or $250 for an extra GB. Ouch. That's about $200 for downloading one movie too many. The fast connection makes those big downloads possible, but the terms of the contract make it too expensive to do so. Hopefully, that will change in the future.
The modem and router were easy to set up and work very well, unlike the unreliable router and dial-up modem combo I was using before. The external antenna came to me broken but 3Gstore sent me another one without waiting for the return and I got it in a couple of days. I live in the boonies and get lousy cell-phone reception, but the modem's built-in antenna worked fine. Nevertheless, I thought it best to get an external antenna to ensure reliable operation in all seasons and weather conditions as this connection serves my home office.
I am very satisfied with the service I got and the extent of product on 3Gstore's site. They had what I needed and the prices were good. I am less satisfied with the lack of user feedback and the general layout of their website. It seemed a little bit disorganized. Again, I do most of my shopping for technical goods at newegg and that site is very professional, but they are undoubtedly much bigger and better funded and so it is perhaps a little unfair to compare a niche site like 3Gstore to them.
Overall a pleasant experience and result, and I would recommend 3GStore.com to others.

Stellar service before, during, and after the sale. These folks are the epitome of good business people--something that unfortunately is all too rare today. If you are in the market for anything they might sell it would be folly not to give them a call. I'm 53 y/o and have conducted a great amount of business over the years in person, over the phone, and on-line. Customer service just doesn't get any better.

My name is Ed Grube, and I absolutely have no hesitation in commending or recommending 3gstore for their remarkable support. In an age when the bottom line is get the money and stiff the customer, it's refreshing to deal with people who are willing to help the customer no matter how long it takes. More than one 3gstore representative maintained continual email or phone contact with me when I ran into some computer compatibility problems with an Internet connection USB. One representative stayed on the phone with me for at least one hour monitoring how my computer responded to the USB's presence. When we saw that the compatibility problem was unsolvable, the 3gstore was gracious enough to give me a speedy refund of my money. Tell me... where do you find service like that anymore. I will certainly deal with this company again in the future when I need some other device.

I purchased a wireless router to use with my Verizon wireless modem. Could not get my laptops to connect so I called customer service. By far the best customer service I have had in a long time. Ed talked me thru getting the desk top and both laptops in my household up and running wirelessly. Could not be more pleased.
