signal strength went from 1 bar to 3 bars, WOW!!!!!!. I can now surf the net and download Stuff!!! Thanks 3Gstore. They were fast and spoke English. "lol" Wish I had found them sooner. thanks

The Pepwave Mini I received seemed to be defective. 3G customer service was excellent. Their technician (Victor) walked me through the various ways to reset the device. When that proved fruitless, he arranged for a replacement which arrived promptly. Another call to 3G Tech Support had me up and running in short order. 3G techs were very familiar with both Mac & Windows OSes as well as the products 3G sells. I would recommend 3G highly.

The 3Gstore had exactly what i wanted and in stock without the delays you would normally find from other store fronts. The product shipped out immediately and was very well packaged. The Wilson antenna improved my signal by about 20 dB on my Verizon USB727. I haven't used it on my cell phone yet. 3Gstore customer service couldn't be better.

My purchase arrived promptly and worked perfectly. The Booster Antenna really helped too. Will keep in mind for future computer/electronics purchases.

My router was sent promptly and when I finally had time to open it I had problems getting it up and running. I called the tech support dept. and the man walked me right through it and I was up and running in 5 minutes. So easy a baby could do it. thanks 3Gstore.com.

Where to start? I got my first Cradlepoint, a CTR350, in 2008. Soon I got the PHS300 for my travel. Both performed well, until the CTR350 had a problem. The techs at 3G Store worked both on the phone and remotely with my problem. Cradlepoint's warranty is first class. I just got my third Cradlepoint router an MBR1000. I am pleased with the quality of the routers and the excellence of the service from both 3G Store and Cradlepoint.  
With my air card I use these at home, on locations for a hot spot and traveling for my own 'secure hot spot'. I can understand a RV-owner's love of these devices.  
Even if you use an air card alone get a Cradlepoint I believe my air card performs better and the added WiFi has been appreciated by my guests.

The MRR1000 and the external antenna for my air card work better than my expectations (which were very high for this equipment). Shipping is quick with good communication about the shipping status. I was able to place an order Dec 23rd for Christmas Eve delivery.  
 
Very helpful tech support. I spoke with the head of their tech department after experiencing a problem with a Wilson DT signal booster system. He offered a lot of suggestions and even set up a similar system at his desk to try and replicate the problem. After we discovered that Wilson had apparently included the wrong type of cable in with the system, he called back later to let me know that they are going to credit me for the cost of the $40 replacement cable I purchased at Radio Shack because I needed to get the system up and running immediately.  
 
Would definitely recommend highly and buy from again.
