"I ordered a turntable/radio from them and had to add $30+ for express shipping to ensure delivery for a birthday. The radio arrived damaged. I returned it to Jacksonville at an additional $12 shipping. I received an e-mail stating my replacement would be shipped out in 24-48 hours but would not be able to be tracked. After a month I again contacted them and was told the turntable had been "returned by the shipper" and was now out of stock. They never notified me of this. They would only give a credit for the original cost of the turntable. So I spent $42+ and received nothing. The main headquarters in Illinois did not respond to the BBB inquiry and I also notified Walmart of the issue with one of their Marketplace Vendors with no satisfaction."
"THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!! I purchased a boat radio that came dead on arrival. I was able to e-mail the company but they said that they could not find my order number in their system. After many back and forth emails they started to send "no reply" emails to me. After several other attempts to talk to an actual person at 3 Kings (with NO success) I was able to find their returns address. I sent the radio back to their Jacksonville, FL "return center", they signed for my radio through UPS delivery so I know they have it but, I still have heard NOTHING for a month. DO NOT Order from these people. If anything is wrong with your order it is impossible to get the situation corrected. Try to get onto their website before ordering your product...it will not connect to any real site. People this company will scam you for your money! Not only did I spend a large amount on the radio...It was $26.00 to return it to Florida. Buyer Beware! "

"Where I can begin about this absolute fraud of a company. My experience with 3 Kings Audio started with some general pricing research. Consistently I did find they had decent pricing, however certainly not the lowest in the industry as they claim. Oh well, most tag-lines are merely promotion so I ignored the fact they claim to, in fact, have the lowest pricing available. I watched a very well put together video featuring their shipping services and the company in general and felt that it would be safe to go ahead and place an order. I did so, on June 27th. My first order was pretty low considering I run a car audio shop and was looking for a new supplier. I ordered 2 of the same Pioneer head unit as I figured a great way to test a company out is to place an order and then wait and see if they follow through on their lofty claims. I quickly got a tracking number; so far so good 3 Kings. You guys are actually on it. I may have found a new supplier. The next day, the 28th rolls around, and there is no update on my tracking. Now, I know I paid just before their stated 3 p.m same day shipping, however I'm also a realist, and I do know that in the world of the internet and shipping, there could always be a slight delay in when the funds actually cleared. It's quite possible a shipping label was slapped on my package late and set to go out on Monday. No big deal. Monday rolls around, and again, I'm an understanding guy, I realize that companies tend to have one or two pickups a day, so hey, maybe I'll have tracking later that night. Nope. No item pickup as we approach 9 p.m EST. Tuesday afternoon comes, and, yeah, still no movement on that tracking number. Now I realize this is an automated system putting the tracking up. Maybe there was a mistake. I email customer service with my order information and these details. I'm told that they will check with their warehouse and get back to me. Okay great, maybe I'll hear back later that night. Nope. No response. Wend. morning? Nope. No response. Wend night? Nope. No response. I email again on Thursday and I'm told they are still awaiting word.....wait what? Really? 6 days after my order clears (granted, 4 business days) and I STILL have no idea if my package is being shipped? They certainly have the money, yet they can't prove this shipped. I ask if a reship is possible. No response.Friday I email back, pretty upset. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and, you guessed it, still no response. I pester and pester via email and I get no response from a higher up nor a phone call. Now, I've been going back and forth via email for a few days now. This is 2014, online retailers do most communication via email. I don't like it, but I get it. It's just part of deal when ordering stuff from companies like this, however after multiple days with no info and no tracking, you'd think a 2 min phone call would be warranted. Nope. Not getting it from these guys. Finally; late Friday I'm told the product was out of stock so I am being refunded and offered 15% (up to $25) off a future order! REALLY 3 Kings? It took you one ENTIRE WEEK to realize the product you had as "in stock" was actually out of stock? Needless to say, I'm a bit miffed. I start doing research and I realized this is a S-K-E-T-C-H-Y company. I mean, come on folks. The business address was in DE. This was also found on their old website, thanks to web archives. Now they are located in Chicago apparently. Weird. According to some other info, their return center is in FL. Okay, seriously, this company isn't large enough to have 3 main centers along with their other "network of warehouses". They are clearly drop-shipping. That's fine, but don't act like you have all this product when in fact you don't. That ABSOLUTELY has to explain why the week delay for them to say my order was out stock. eBay has a decent, flawed for sure, but decent feedback system. Ignore the "this sub sucks" crowd, and look at how many people had a similar situation. This isn't just sour grapes. This is happening to A LOT of people. They advertise 99.9% positive feedback there. They were at 99.8 when I ordered. Now 99.7. Sounds like a free fall. Do your homework on this company before ordering. They are not what they claim. Not even close. Ordered from one of their competitors, and I got my head units 2 days later. "

"Wow, where do I begin. The LoPro8 subwoofer w/free shipping arrived on a Saturday only 4 days after I ordered it. High quality product, inexpensive, and described accurately on the website. Very impressed with 3 Kings as I never ordered or even heard of them before. I found them when I did a google search of low-profile subs. BTW this little under the front seat sub is perfect for my needs and nicely fills out the low end on my factory system; I especially like the small remote volume control which makes it super easy to adjust the bass response for any style of music I'm listening to, be it on radio, cd, or sd/card mp3."
