I had an issue with the shipping of a product and I addressed it using the feedback system on Amazon.
Ryan, of 3 Kings Audio actually read the feedback and saw that I was not happy about the packaging of my shipment and asked if I would like to receive a discount on my shipment. He processed a partial refund and I got a heck of deal on a WONDERFUL head unit.
Ryan also let me know that I am entitled to a full one year warranty on the head unit too.
I will definitely do business with 3 Kings Audio again. All thanks to Ryan."
