"This is a great company. They offered a Kitchen Aid dual wall oven for $1300. It was shipped and arrived quickly, however, damaged. I sent photos, and they replaced the damaged parts immediately. Matthew is an honest guy with high integrity, who worked quickly and generously to resolve all of the issues. I would do business with them again in a second."

"Admittedly, I was skeptical about ordering from an online reseller. I have to say that we are more than pleased with our purchase from 3Gorillas. We purchased a double wall oven, warming drawer, 36" cooktop, trash compactor, and ice maker, all KitchenAid brand. The items all arrived in perfect shape and were packed far better than I would have done it myself. Matt was a pleasure to work with - went the extra mile when I became apprehensive about a part they were waiting on (trash compactor handle). Would order from them again without hesitation."

"Excellent experience! Matt in the Sales Department was awesome!! He provided great service, checking their inventory personally to confirm their available stock. Shipping was quick (same day), and I received the order within three days. All was exactly as we had discussed. I only wish that they had had more of the item I purchased in stock. I definitely would buy from 3Gorillas.com again without any hesitation."

"Customer service is alive and well. This company works non-stop. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. I was hesitant to purchase a major appliance online, however my GE Monogram single oven arrived in perfect condition and I saved a bunch! Thanks 3Gorillas.com !"

"First-time customer and I am 100% satisfied. I ordered a part for a range/oven and selected the free ground shipping. The part arrived in 3 quick business days, carefully wrapped in ample packing material. It was advertised for 60% retail, brand new, in stock - and it was. No BS. "This is the first experience I have had with this company, and I have to say they are wonderful. I bought a kegerator for my husband. "I recently ordered a Dehumidifier from 3gorillas.com. It was amazing to me that not only did I get a product that worked well, but ordering was easy and had free shipping! Yay for online shopping! "We bought a kegerator and picked it up at their facility. Everyone was very helpful getting it into our car and the staff was really friendly. We said we may have some questions and asked if we could email them and they were more than happy to help and even answered our questions on the weekend.

The kegerator works great and were shocked to get something so nice at the price we paid. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!"

"I found 3Gorillas.com while looking for a portable air conditioner. They had a great price on Danby 12000 BTU units, with 5 in 1 functions. Since it was free shipping and satisfaction guaranteed I decided to buy it. I received my unit is three days and the unit has been outstanding. I will definitely buy from them again."
