First the Portable air condition failed after 6 hours running, then to return this item, I had to email first, they would let me write to them. They finally gave me a tag to return this. I threw away the original box, had to pay $$ and try to do the best I could to load this 55 lb. item into the box. then it took them 3 days to send a tag to return it, then FED-EX kept missing the call, so they said. Finally today they picked up this piece of garbage, so disgusted, will never buy online again for anything over 10lbs. Lesson Learned. Don\u0027t think I will get my money back.
