Admittedly, I was skeptical about ordering from an online reseller. I have to say that we are more than pleased with our purchase from 3Gorillas. We purchased a double wall oven, warming drawer, 36" cooktop, trash compactor, and ice maker, all KitchenAid brand. The items all arrived in perfect shape and were packed far better than I would have done it myself. Matt was a pleasure to work with - went the extra mile when I became apprehensive about a part they were waiting on (trash compactor handle). Would order from them again without hesitation.

This is a great company. They offered a Kitchen Aid dual wall oven for $1300. It was shipped and arrived quickly, however, damaged. I sent photos, and they replaced the damaged parts immediately. Matthew is an honest guy with high integrity, who worked quickly and generously to resolve all of the issues. I would do business with them again in a second.
