"I finally recieved my order from 3DCOOL it was in great shape as it was packaged like it would want it shipped even though it came from NEW YORK
to CALIFORNIA this order was recieved in great shape i have really enjoyed my shopping experience with 3DCOOL and this will be my choice to order from again. although it takes
5 working days for shipping. this retailer

"Ordered a product and paid for 3-day shipping. Credit card was charged on same day as I ordered the product. Product was not shipped until two days later. Delivery therefore spanned a weekend; end result: it took seven days to receive the product, even though I paid for 3-day shipping."

“On behalf of the 3DCOOL Team, we want to extend an apology to this customer. 3DCOOL never likes to let one of our valued customers down. However, even though the order was shipped within our published lead-time of up to 2 business days, the customer felt that it took too much time even though a weekend was involved. The majority of all of our global orders do ship within one business day. But depending on the time an order is received in our system following an approval by our on-line bank, the time could spill over into the next business day. Further, the customer felt that 3DCOOL had captured his funds prior to shipment. Actually, this was not the case. Our shopping cart system will not allow funds to be captured until the product has actually shipped. I had a very productive conversation with this customer who was impressed with the fact that someone would even call. He indicated that he will do business with 3DCOOL in the future. 3DCOOL will considers this review constructively and will do all we can to beat our customers expectations. ”

"I bought a Monitor cooler for 1.95 + shipping, took only 3 days shipped to me, good packaging, cheap.


Good place to shop, i hope they put more products"

"Amazing Service and Shipping, Most likely the best company I have ever done business with. Ordered a PC Power and Cooling 510 Deluxe at a price that was $20 cheaper than anyone else, and was delivered 3 days later.

"Order went through smoothly.

Purchased a "PC Power & Cooling 510 ATX-Deluxe", unfortunatly, it was on backorder & the webpage hadn't been updated with this info. Not their fault, it was over a 3-day weekend.

I did appreciate the phone call telling me they were ordering more, just wish it wouldn't have taken nearly 2 weeks after the order to receive my item. Again, not their fault.

Overall, I'd shop with them again.

But first, they REALLY need to fix ther checkout basket, sometimes it won't update, remove, or add items, after you've put "XX" amount in there."
