posted Aug-10-2006 “On behalf of the 3DCOOL Team, we want to extend an apology to this customer. 3DCOOL never likes to let one of our valued customers down. However, even though the order was shipped within our published lead-time of up to 2 business days, the customer felt that it took too much time even though a weekend was involved. The majority of all of our global orders do ship within one business day. But depending on the time an order is received in our system following an approval by our on-line bank, the time could spill over into the next business day. Further, the customer felt that 3DCOOL had captured his funds prior to shipment. Actually, this was not the case. Our shopping cart system will not allow funds to be captured until the product has actually shipped. I had a very productive conversation with this customer who was impressed with the fact that someone would even call. He indicated that he will do business with 3DCOOL in the future. 3DCOOL will considers this review constructively and will do all we can to beat our customers expectations. ”
