I\u0027ve sent 4 emails to sales@3dcool.com:<br> <br>4-Oct-2007 - My 1st email: asked why don\u0027t process my order<br> <br>4-Oct-2007 - Reply to my 1st email: It was because I didn\u0027t select the shipping method. sales@3dcool.com asked me what shipping method I want to choose.<br> <br>5-Oct-2007 - My 2nd email: I explained (with evidence) the web system doesn\u0027t allow me to select \/ change any shipping method. I don\u0027t know what shipping methods I can choose as well as the prices. I aslo complained the operation of the web system.<br> <br>No response to my 2nd email.<br> <br>8-Oct-2007 - My 3rd email: I explained again my difficulty that I couldn\u0027t select any shipping method and I don\u0027t know the details of shipping methods. I wanted to rate SilenX but as silenX apparently does not sell direct I had to rate the reselling vendor with their invoice.<br><br>The SilenX 80mm 14db fan I ordered from them (to replace the SilenX one that went out in just a few months) is already making a buzzing noise. The fans shipped have a lighter \u0022non UV\u0022 hue of color (to include the 120mm fan which BTW barely blows any air) than the newer SilenX ones--buyer beware. Also had a SilenX PSU blow. Done with SilenX for good. They suck. Second rate products. If I were 3DCOOL.COM I\u0027d stop distributing SilenX products. Unless shipping and return shipping are included in refunds I doubt it\u0027s worth the trouble and money to return. Personally I choose to go with 3dcool, as I don\u0027t get the feeling of shame when I enter their building to purchase products. I feel as if I have helped the good guys win!<br><br>On that note:<br><br>I picked up a thermalright heatsink, fan, and some paste at a good price. They have always been very helpful and respectful when I have been in there, even recommending other items. posted Aug-10-2006“On behalf of the 3DCOOL Team, we want to extend an apology to this customer. 3DCOOL never likes to let one of our valued customers down. However, even though the order was shipped within our published lead-time of up to 2 business days, the customer felt that it took too much time even though a weekend was involved. The majority of all of our global orders do ship within one business day. But depending on the time an order is received in our system following an approval by our on-line bank, the time could spill over into the next business day. Further, the customer felt that 3DCOOL had captured his funds prior to shipment. Actually, this was not the case. Our shopping cart system will not allow funds to be captured until the product has actually shipped. I had a very productive conversation with this customer who was impressed with the fact that someone would even call. He indicated that he will do business with 3DCOOL in the future. 3DCOOL will considers this review constructively and will do all we can to beat our customers expectations. ”
