"1-Oct-2007, I placed an order (#23896) to purchase 3 fans. 3DCool.com has got my money but it rejects to deliver me the items because I didn't select the shipping method. The web system just showed me the shipping method : This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order. Obviously I couldn't select / change any shipping method. I've sent 4 emails to firstname.lastname@example.org: 4-Oct-2007 - My 1st email: asked why don't process my order 4-Oct-2007 - Reply to my 1st email: It was because I didn't select the shipping method. email@example.com asked me what shipping method I want to choose. 5-Oct-2007 - My 2nd email: I explained (with evidence) the web system doesn't allow me to select / change any shipping method. I don't know what shipping methods I can choose as well as the prices. I aslo complained the operation of the web system. No response to my 2nd email. 8-Oct-2007 - My 3rd email: I explained again my difficulty that I couldn't select any shipping method and I don't know the details of shipping methods. I requested firstname.lastname@example.org gave me the detailed shipping information. I also requested email@example.com informed me how to contact the top management for further complaint. I also stated that I might seek help form Police. No response to my 3rd email. 8-Oct-2007 - My 4th email: I accept 3DCool.com cancels my order and refunds my money. I'm also willing to pay a reasonable price for the adminstration fee. Just hope 3DCool.com lets me know what 3DCool.com will do for my case. No response to my 4th email. It seems that 3DCool.com just wants to take my money but it never delivers me anything. Hope the top management can read this message and take an action for this case. PS: All the above dates are based on HK region.------------------------------------------------3DCool.com has already contacted me on 09-Oct-2007. We made an agreement to solve this problem. "
"Outstanding service and shipping options from this vendor (USPS). I wanted to rate SilenX but as silenX apparently does not sell direct I had to rate the reselling vendor with their invoice.The SilenX 80mm 14db fan I ordered from them (to replace the SilenX one that went out in just a few months) is already making a buzzing noise. The fans shipped have a lighter "non UV" hue of color (to include the 120mm fan which BTW barely blows any air) than the newer SilenX ones--buyer beware. Also had a SilenX PSU blow. Done with SilenX for good. They suck. Second rate products. If I were 3DCOOL.COM I'd stop distributing SilenX products. Unless shipping and return shipping are included in refunds I doubt it's worth the trouble and money to return. Learned my lesson I guess."

"First time using this store. Was very pleased. I was able to find the exact product i wanted from this store where i couldn't find it anywhere else. Everything was just like they said. My order was processed within 1 day and my shipment expected arrival is what it's supposed to be. I will deffinitely be shopping there again. On a scale from 1-10 they get an 11 :)"

"I am very lucky to actually live in Rochester, NY, home to two of the biggest case modding and cooling companies in the world. Personally I choose to go with 3dcool, as I don't get the feeling of shame when I enter their building to purchase products. I feel as if I have helped the good guys win!On that note:I picked up a thermalright heatsink, fan, and some paste at a good price. They have always been very helpful and respectful when I have been in there, even recommending other items. This can be hard to come by with other venues.I would certainly shop there again, and I will."
"Ordered a product and paid for 3-day shipping. Credit card was charged on same day as I ordered the product. Product was not shipped until two days later. Delivery therefore spanned a weekend; end result: it took seven days to receive the product, even though I paid for 3-day shipping."

"Absolutely first rate. I WILL order again! I ordered 3 case fans. Recieved order very quickly but recieved the wrong ones. Invoice was correct. Contacted 3DCool and they took care of it immediately. Next shipment was also incorrect (direct from manufacturer). Contacted 3D again and got it straight. Sounds bad but this was a real test of good customer service. I don't think anybody ever before has worked so hard to sell 3 case fans and get it right. Everything was FAST and communications were great. I have never seen customer service any better anywhere else. I am hooked and already planning my next order. I give them a definite 10."
