"Just another person that got scammed by 357 Customs. I have just finished sending in documentation to Florida's Consumer Affairs. The state will work harder knowing that this company collected sales tax and will never see it. If there is a class action lawsuit on this matter, count me in."
"Failure to Deliver on Two Separate occasions. 357 Customs has failed to deliver to over a thousand customers in several of their "promotions." There is widespread discussion all over the internet of their underhanded dealings.
I am owed 2 Zakk Wylde Epiphone Les Paul Guitars, and an MP4 player."
"Never again will I do any sort of business with this company again. The owner, Daniel, has a track record of concocting "promos" to make a quick buck without ever delivering on the "promo" goods. 357 is by far the worst of the worst out there in the internet world."
"Hm. Where to start. I suppose saying that this company is a scam run from an empty warehouse would be the first place that comes to mind.
I was in on their notorious 'guitar deal'. Notorious becuase there was no guitar involved. They never delivered, and once people started poking into their past, it turned out they had never even been ordered from the manufacturer. The company is nothing more than a front for a couple of con men. One of whom is apparently wanted in Florida for a $3 million business deal that he burnt another corporation on."
"Bought Buzzsaw package. Still haven't received mp4 player or guitar, despite numerous promises from the company that both would be shipping soon. 357 Customs will not respond to my emails. Had to file chargeback with bank."

"I feel lucky that I've only been take for $170. Compared to others that not that bad. These guys have not returned e-mails, phone calls and have threatened their customers physically for asking about their orders."
"357 has willingly defrauded thousands of people, and has arrogantly refused to provide not only the promised merchandise; but also refunds.
357's owner Daniel Baugess is the subject of at least one lawsuit which placed a multi million dollar lean on his person. He also has a track record of running similar "deals", which may be called scams.
The sad part is that 357/Prez Daniel Baugess/Chad Dyer have gone a long way to ruin the reputation of one of the few respectable musicians in the musical industry, Zakk Wylde."
