"Sad case of a so-called "business" ripping thousands of customers off to the tune of millions. This entire well-orchestrated scam was as it seems, a scam all along. The so-called managed, Tim Bolin, talked with me by phone and emails several times, assuring me that not only me, but everyone, would be taken care of and receiving what they were promised, and we never got more than 1% value for our money. No mp3 player and no guitar which we paid for and was part of the deal. SAD RIP OFF, I will never deal with anyone else like this, and am now afraid to even use a credit card online because of these losers."
"I also got robbed by this company. Paid the 130-something for their promotional order as a gift for my boyfriend. he received the gift certificate in paper form, went online to use it and never received the clothes and stuff he bought! Not to mention no guitar which is the ONLY reason why we got the damn "gift certificater." They are THIEFS. It is UNFAIR for them to do this to us.
If ANYONE out there has any information on lawsuits, or any other way to get this money back please let me know. I've searched and searched but never have gotten any real advise.
"Just another person that got scammed by 357 Customs. I have just finished sending in documentation to Florida's Consumer Affairs. The state will work harder knowing that this company collected sales tax and will never see it. If there is a class action lawsuit on this matter, count me in."
This company 357 Customs time and time again told me that I was going to receive my Epiphone Zakk Wydle Bullseye Les Paul which still today has NOT/NEVER been shipped OR received. After numurous emails, I received a email from Chad to chill out, this was a mass email, so it wasn't directed at me personally, but to all the customers of 357 Customs who ordered guitars to stop emailing him, what a rude person. My order as you can see is from Dec. 8th, 2005. I purchased a diecast Zakk Wydle Bullseye Chopper and a $100 Gift Certificate to qualify for a "FREE" guitar. I went for it and figured I could use the cert. for something on their website. When I email 357 Customs at: info@357customs.com it gets bounced right back to me with looks to be a pre-programed return email. My last email to them was on August 22nd and here was their returm email:
"Dear ARCH RIVAL,
357 Customs is restructuring its website as well as the entire company. The promotion that ran has been more difficult than anticipated to correct. However, this does not negate the fact that we will continue to work to satisfy every customer. We will not be responding to non-constructive emails. In spite of some customers who think we will not fulfill their orders, for the record, we will until they are done. We encourage you not to pay any attention to some customers in the forums who are trying to spread slanderous remarks. This is being handled in such a manner as to prevent any further damage from these people. Once again, we want to thank everyone who has supported 357.
-357 Customs"
The same email comes everytime I email them. I have a recrd of evry email, all the promises that were NOT/NEVER delivered. What a SCAM this is, I can see now. I really hope Zakk will help all his devoted fans get their guitars. I am sure if he calls GIBSON/EPIPHONE is could make a HUGE difference. Please ZAKK helps us out bro.
Thanks for listening and for the look, ARR "

"Just empty promises of a "Ultimate Bullseye Package" to go with my now empty pockets. In other word I got scamed by these scumbags Anybody got their address in TN? "
"After many emails, phone calls, and finally a google search, I can now be sure I will never get what I paid for. If you are in the same situation, please take the time to contact every consumer organization to complain. Let's make sure the individuals responsible go to jail for a very long time."
"357 has pripped us all off and should not be trusted. NEVER BUY FROM 357! They ripped me off for $580 USD on the "zakk wylde epiphone" deal! Stay away from them!"
"This is the worst experience I've ever dealt with with any company, online, on the phone, over the TV, in person anywhere. WORST Business practices ever. Their webmaster works with Black Label Society. Their owner baited him into working with 357 so 357 could use Black Label Society's website for promotion. Which is why almost EVERYONE joined in on this promotion. They thought it was legit because we had Black Label Societys support. They charged credit cards before they even had everything in stock, or even ordered which is against their policy on their website. I ordered a 100 dollar gift certificate, a buzzsaw chopper, and I was supposed to get a Epiphone Zakk Wylde Buzzsaw guitar. All I recieved was the gift card. Do not even waste your time with these a$$holes."
"I wouldn't buy a burial plot from this ridiculously unprofessional outfit. Not only did they charge customers' credit cards before the items were ready to ship (clearly against their policy posted on their site), it's now nearly five months past the date that most people's cards were charged and they STILL DON'T HAVE A CLUE IF THE ITEMS WILL EVER BE READY TO SHIP. They are saying that things will be resolved soon, but that's just another lie. Call it bad management if you like but anyone who solicits money from the public, then accepts around 200K without having a plan to deliver the merchandise as promised, is a scam artist. Using their relationship with a well-known musician to create an air of legitimacy to the deal is the icing on the cake. "
"I ordered the Saw Blade package from them on Feb 1. My credit card was charged on Feb 3 even though they were not supposed to charge anything until the items were shipped. I still have not received the Mp4 player or the guitar even though it was payed for 4 months ago."
