reply posted Mar-04-2013 “Hi, this has been resolved in Oct 2012 last year and the buyer has received the purchase.
One of the items the buyer bought was out of stock so we offered her a refund. Buyer preferred to wait. We manage to send out the items with tracking immediately when the items are available to us.
We do not require the user to follow a link from the email to sign in to the site, it is possible to just respond to the email. (though if you do use the link the buyer will be able to retrieve all previous correspondence of emails).”
"I ordered gloves on May 21st or so and it's June 8th now, and I'm getting a little worried. To me, the tracking doesn't really tell me anything about where my item is, and it's confusing. I need the gloves by the 21st, so I just hope they come in time.. I'm waiting for a reply from them on what's up as well."
