"Placing the order was simple and payment was taken promptly via paypal. However, despite the invoice stating processing being 3-5 days it's taken to date, 17 and my order is still marked at "processing" ( Not shipping). I have tried three time to communicate with 24 retail via their contact us tab since all the advertised people to ask in the ask for help tab, Miranda, Alan.. et al who are supposedly online, are in fact not. I have inquired for information about my order, if there is a problem so I could at least understand and accept the delay but again despite the website stating they respond promptly, I have not had the courtesy of a reply. All I wanted was a Green ( Riddler) floral Catsuit - my order 3370158 and I had been very pleased to have saved myself about £5 shopping with these people. I regret not shopping with my usual sellers and just paying that bit extra. I've waited since the September 1st before completing this review but I intend to see if this review actually creates a response and if not, I'll be raising a dispute with Paypal and cancelling my order."
