I recently purchased a Canon Vixia HF200 from 1StopCameraShop and love it. My order was placed on Monday 06/22 and the camera arrived on Thursday 06/25 in the AM. I researched several websites to locate the lowest price and I thought 1Stop was it however an hour after I placed the order I found the camera for $20 less and the competitor had buy-one get-one free SDHC cards. I sent 1Stop an email regarding their 100% price guarantee and they called me in about an hour and sent me a 2nd card for free, upgraded my shipping, and sent me several accessories just like the competitor was providing. I would recommend 1StopCamera to anyone. Thank you.

Revision- SO..I ordered a gas grill and did not know that it was a natureal gas- not LP. I called them immediately. They seemed nice at first and said they would take it back if I packed it in the original box. So I di- imediately. They told me I would receive instructions how to return it by the end of the business day; I did not. I called the next morning.  
After much discussion with the returns department, the General Manager called me and told me he would make it right. I agreed to his terms and am sending it back. I hope that my future experiences with this company are pleasant.

I placed an order for the first time with 1 STOP CAMERA for a Sony GPS on the 7th of June. Ordering was easy on the web, recieved prompt confirmation e-mail and tracking number. The well packaged item was dlivered promptly by UPS without any shipping fees on the 11th of June. there was even a followup call on the 12th of June. It was very professionally handled and the whole transaction was very smooth and I am extremely satisfied. PS

I'll start by saying that this was an excellent deal and 1 Stop gave amazingly good service - but there were some anxious moments.  
 
I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1 from 1 Stop Camera. They were priced 10% lower than anyone else on the internet. Usually, the lowest price means one of these bait-and-switch companies. I checked Reseller Ratings and 1 Stop had excellent ratings for the last 6 months, so I bit the bullet and ordered. I usualy order from Adorama, Canoga, B&H, etc.  
 
Shortly after I placed my order on the net, I received the obligatory phone call from John, the salesman. He was very cordial and started his upsell with extra memory cards, then moved to the dreaded 30-minute battery spiel. I asked if this was indeed a new, fully USA warrantied camera with the normally supplied Panasonic DMW-BCF10PP battery. He assured me it was, so I said I was happy with supplied battery and continued to listen. He finished with the attempted sale of the extended warranty saying that the Panasonic labor warranty was only 90 days (not true). I told him I rarely kept a camera for 1-yr so an extended warranty was not necessary. To my surprise, he continued to be very cordial and said he would get my order right out. He did exactly that. I ordered on Tuesday afternoon. The camera shipped via free shipping and arrived on Thursday afternoon - almost as quick as going to the store to purchase it. I was very impressed!  
 
I'm not impressed with the sales techniques employed, as a less informed buyer would probably have spent a great deal more money for questionable return. I'm also a little upset with Reseller Ratings as they show the other aliases of the company but have much different ratings for those aliases. I probably should have looked at all of 1 Stop's other names/reviews before I purchased, but did not, so I have to assume some blame. I assumed that all of the aliases had the same ratings - they did not!!! 1 Stop has a 9.33 rating for the past six-months (although they were busted 2.5 years ago for bogus reviews - posted by Reseller Ratings). Their other names - Photo Connection had a 6.7, Inoax - 2.71, The New Connection 3.75, etc. I became very concerned as the negative reviews for the other companies all had the battery story, etc., but fortunately 2 days later the camera arrived in perfect shape. So all's well that ends well.

The Sony Alpha a700 kit Ijust purchased was the last of apprx. 4 cameras I have purchased from 1 Sto camera in the last three years. I have been satisfied w/ their knowledge and helpfulness. The know the field. Prices are always at the lowest level and their shippin is quick and acurate.

I have done a lot of shopping on line, but my experience with 1stopcamera has got to be one of the best experiences I have had yet. I went to Amazon first.......looked around, then hit Shipzilla. I found the same item at 1stopcamera for less and still free shipping. I got an immediate confirmation of my order with all the info. One thing I really like about their site is that all the goodies that go with the item are on the same page, no having to fish around the site for the extras you want for it.  
Even better..........2 hours later I got a call from their customer service telling me that my order was being shipped........not just an e-mail with the tracking #..........when was the last time you got a call like that? E-mail with all the shipping info arrived less then 2 minutes later.  
 
Truly, ordering from this company was a pleasure!  
 
I have since received the merchandise I ordered. I had it at my door 2 days after the order. I received exactly what I ordered, packing was great. Unfortunately the case I ordered was the wrong one. I called customer service right away, explained the problem and was immediately given an RMA #. NO hassles and was treated with respect. I really have to say.........was a pleasure dealing with 1Stopcamera!!!

It was a pleasure to buy our new 40" Sony Bravia from 1 Stop Camera & Electronics. Owen, our salesman, was very pleasant and informative. Thanks to him, everything we needed to install the TV was purchased and sent at one time. I didn't know anything about HDMI cables before purchasing this TV. The delivery was on time and well done and the packing was great. In addition to the excellent service, the prices were the best I could find anywhere. I would gladly order from this company again.

I would definitely shop from 1-Stop Camera again. Not only did they have a good price for the Weber Grill I ordered, but they provided free shipping. They were very helpful (confirmed my order by phone, which was important because there was an error in the order as I had submitted it via their website), and used a delivery service that delivered a day earlier than promised! They even followed up by phone to confirm that I had received the grill in good condition. I very much appreciate the care and concern they showed me.

What a top notch company. After several months of checking to find the best wall mount Air conditioning unit I could get to replace a defective unit , I settled on the CP14N10 Friedrich 110 volt unit sold by 1 Stop Camera. These folks were great. First they answered all my questions and then with the speed of a transporter beam send the unit I purchased. I could not have found a better product or company to work with. The price was the best in the country and the quality is second to none. This AC does everything they said it would and more. What a pleasure to buy something over the internet and get what you pay for. A great big Thank you to all the people at 1 Stop Camera, keep up the good work. The website was easy to navigate. The price was right, and the product was shipped the next day, and arrived within a couple of days. The unit was new (as described)and seems to be working perfectly. I am very happy with the service of 1Stop Camera, and will definitely consider doing business with them again.
