They sent me an email saying they had been shipped on Dec. 16th, they didn't arrive for another week or two. I didn't use them right away, but over the next 6 months each of the mice failed in very short order and the last 2 never worked at all. They have a 21 day RMA policy from time of order. By the time I'd actually received the rodents that period had passed. All the mice had a ink cross out on the PID, I guess they had failed some sort of quality control inspection and were judged defective, but this company resold them anyway. I completely wasted $35, plus not inconsiderable frustration, so I rated their price as high, since I essentially got nothing for my money. I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible.
