It took 2 weeks for the item to be delivered but the customer service email was very prompt and responsive. The order was accurate. I bought items from 1 Sale a Day several times in the past and there was no issue whatsoever.

This was my first purchase from sale a day and was not very pleased at first when I received my watch. The band was cracked and a large portion of it wasn't even there. Furthermore the watch did not work. I sent an email complaint and figured I would get the old run around that is so commonplace these days, and would be out ten bucks. The money is not such a big deal but it was not a good way to start out my first purchase. I was very surprised to get an immediate response from Miriam and was told that a replacement was on the way. Got the replacement yesterday and it looks great and works like it should! Makes me feel good to know that there are people and companies that still place the customers first. Great Job! I will not hesitate to purchase from you in the future!

I have ordered several items from 1saleaday and ony once had an issue. They worked hard to fix my problem, and it was fixed within a few minutes! Great deals coupled with excellent customer service, what more can you ask for???

I ordered a product and it was defective when it arrived. I emailed the company and they responded quickly. They fixed my problem with what I thought was the best and quickest solution. They have great deals too.

They have the best customer service ever! I purchased a steak knife set that was actually free (only shipping to pay). When it arrived, one of the knives was missing. I used the contact button on their site and explained one was missing that I would just like the one knife. I never really expected a reply as so many web places never do but the very next day, I had an E-mail from Miriam in customer service and she said that she would see what she could do  
to get me a replacement. In about three days, they sent a whole new set! I did not have to contact them a second time or anything. They provided outstanding customer service which is something you don't see a lot of anymore besides the great products they sell. It is great to know that I can purchase items with confidence on this website knowing that if there is ever a problem, they are really there; care; and will take care of it! You can be sure that thanks to their great service, I will be checking out their website daily for bargains.

FYI-I ordered product and read reviews not to trust this company. I received the item and thought something was missing. I e mailed my concern and received a response explaining the contents. I said I saw a picture and they responded with a copy of the ad. I did more research and I was mistaken.  
The bootom line was that I was impressed that I received responses addressing my concerns. It was refreshing seeing that a company cares.  
What I have read was proved incorrect. Thank you 1saleaday!

I have been purchasing items from 1saleaday for over 8 months. The item description always matches the item perfectly. I have raved about and referred 1saleaday to family/friends, they too have had great results and satisfaction. I purchased an item in dec/2009 that did not work properly. I contacted 1saleaday gave them information needed and was pleased (very pleased) with their response and prompt resolution. I will continue to purchase items and recommend this company highly. It truly delivers!

I have ordered 2 times from this store and have been provided with excellent communication and service both times. Shipping is quick and the product descriptions are exactly as stated. It is so nice to deal with a company that has easy access to communication, with this store it is through the support e-mail and through Facebook. I would not hesitate to purchase items in the future. My 1st order was for volumn minimizing ear buds and they work really good! I am anxious to receive and try out the 2nd item I purchased, SanDisk V-Mate Digital Video Recorder.
