On 04.24.09 I ordered the Motorola RAZR phone. 05.01.09 I received an email confirming the USPS has been notified of the shipment (basically printed a label). On 05.18.09 and on 5.12.2009 I inquired about the order, 18 days after ordering. I was told "please reply back next week if you don't receive it" WTH this is the perfect example of customer no service. Finally on 05.18.09 the package arrived from Miami, FL to Atlanta, GA some 25 days later. Parcel post doesn't take this long even to the most rural areas.
Item was received on 5.18.2009.One of the phones did not work.
I emailed them on 5.24.2009 and on 5.27.2009 requesting a replacement or a refund but no response.I contacted American Express and opened a complain.1saleaday answered them claiming that I never responded and I have passed thier 21 day return policy.They have no live support, no address or phone number on the website.I had to get the info from AMEX and Google to file this complain.I opened consumer affairs case.

I ordered an Archos 605 on June 6th. I just received the package today. I ordered it knowing it was a refurb, but I'm actually impressed about the condition it came it. So far it seems to be fully functional, and the package came with pretty much everything described. Shipping was incredibly slow, and their status system is kind of wonky. The item status displayed shipped, but I didn't get the tracking number until after I sent an email a couple days later. They didn't actually ship it until after I sent the email. I also ordered a refurbished computer from this company and they sent a fradulent tracking number I have sent them two emails with no response I would encourage everyone to stay away from this company. I also will be reporting them to as many counsumer agencies as possible. The are liars and cheats.
I did receive the computer on 6-26-09 and it does appear to be in good working order. I did file a complaint with the better business bureau and the company responded to my complaint through them. They never responded to me personally and overall they have very poor customer service. As an aside the same computer was advertised by circuit city online this weekend for fifty dollars less than what I paid so these are not necessarily the best deals. This company should officially be listed as a fraudulent company. I have reported them to the consumer. Below are the email thread with this company. I ordered a laptop from them because of what seemed like a good deal on the 8th of June. Today is june 20th and no package has been received yet. Let alone a accurate shipment number. the number they gave me supposedely is a fedex tracking number and when i call and check with fedex, nothing is in their system. In a email reply back after days of waiting, they then said its UPS and FEDEX in the same email. I threatened to report them and I have and will continue to lament how fraudulent this company is. They were very quick to withdraw the $400.00 from my account but to ship or to even contact and let me know what is going on, not a word. I have reported them to consumer affairs and the District attorneys office as well. Every single website that matters, I will report. Do NOT SIT AND LOOK AT WHAT SEEMS LIKE GOOD DEALS AND BE SUCKED IN. NOT ONLY CAN U GET THE SAME DEALS FROM OTHER MORE REPUTABLE COMPANIES, BUT THEY ARE NOT LEGIT. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM AND RIPOFF. I BET ITS SOME DUDE SITTING IN HIS BASEMENT THAT COULD CARE LESS WHO HE SCREWS. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I ALSO REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SURPRISE, THERE WERE OVER 40 COMPLAINTS LISTED WITH THEM FOR ONE SALE A DAY AS WELL. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to report this to the Better business bureau as well as consumer report tommorow. First , there is no phone number to speak to a live person, no place to send correspondence, then to make matters worse, a week after my order was put in...literally, my stuff is still not shipped. If this is some sort of scam, you picked the wrong person espicially your brother in law is the assistant DA who will be hearing about this by morning. you state it is shipped by FEDEX with a tracking number that doesnt show up, then in the email reply, you say it was shipped by UPS. If I do not get a accurate shipping number by 12pm on 6.16.09, all these actions will be taken effect. It has already been reported to the mastercard which was used for this purchase.
P.S-This package must arrive by this week, not next week. You have already lost a week on your account,not my problem.

I have ordered twice and have been completely satisfied with both watches. The shipping is a little slow, but the merchandise is exactly as advertised. I have also been very pleased with their customer service. I have emailed a few times and they are very prompt at replying.

I ordered the Archos605 - Archos 605 4.3 Wi-Fi Portable Ultra Slim Touch Screen Media Player (30 GB) Music, TV, Movies, Wifi Internet; DVR Recorder for $99.99 + TAX + S/H. The ad did not say the item was refurbished or used, I assumed it was brand new.
I received it in Manhattan shipped from Brooklyn (about 10 miles away) after 11 days in a large padded envelop, suspect white generic box, item was used, fingerprints all over, dust, no styli, no protective case and no protective film on the screen. I have emailed customer service and if they don't refund my money I will call the credit card. Beware! Will never shop from them again even if they paid me.

!!BUYER BEWARE!! This store looks and acts like a scam. I ordered a Archos 605 Media Player on 06/06/2009. I have not received it yet. I requested a tracking# via their email (06/10), and received a generic message (Hi,You will be sent a tracking number shortly.). I never received a tracking#, emailed them again on 06/11 & got same generic (auto reply?) message, emailed them again on 06/12 and received the same message. I don't want to sound like I'm being impatient, but I have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from all over the web, and I have always gotten tracking#'s when the product ships. I didn't start asking for a tracking# until the site stated it was shipped. If anyone has any tips on how to talk to a human being or how to get an actual response from them, I would appreciate it.
!!UPDATE!! I got an email from a Barry (barry@1saleaday.com) (06/15), (the same day that I posted a review of his company on this website; which demonstrates that he actively monitors this site for positive/negative reviews) and he said the following "Your order has been shipped but for some reason I am unable to find the tracking number in our automated system. I am going to make sure to send another one out to you tomorrow and make sure to send you the tracking number manually." He did do this today (06/16) & I now finally have a tracking#. I will update everyone as update arise.
!!UPDATE!! 06/18/09 I finally received my Archos605, but it is defective. It will not charge past 3 bars!! I am contacting Barry (barry@1saleaday.com) today for instructions on how to exchange this defective unit for a properly working unit. I will update you on how the exchange process goes.
!!UPDATE!! 06/22/09 I emailed Barry (barry@1saleaday.com) informing him about the defective Archos605 on 06/18/09. This is what he said on 06/19/09: "The product came directly from the manufacturer and we are really surprised the product is not in 100% perfect condition. I would recommend you fill out the attached RMA form and send the item back to us (using the return label we will provide) Once the item is received a full refund will be issued and a complementary gift will be sent as a compensation for the aggravation." (F.Y.I.)the RMA form was not attached to the email, I had to request Barry to resend it)) I received the RMA Form on 06/21/09 & I am now waiting on UPS to deliver the RMA Label so I can ship it back to them. I will update you as things progress.
!!UPDATE!! 06/24/09 I received the UPS shipping label from Barry (barry@1saleaday.com) today (06/24/09) and will be sending the unit back on (06/25/09) for a refund. I will update you as things progress.
!!UPDATE!! 06/29/09 The unit was returned via UPS on 06/25/09 & was received today 06/29/09 in Brooklyn NY. I am now awaiting a refund on my credit card. I will update you when this is done (hopefully very soon).

2 weeks ago, I ordered the wireless headset. The product arrived in a much damaged box and packaging. This was ordered as a gift, and I wouldn't dare give something that came in a box like this one. The item was shipped in a super large padded envelope, but it was too thin and the box moved around too much in the envelope itself. I'm going to take a leap of faith for 1saleaday and think that this happened during shipping, not prior to. Although that would very well explain the low price. Truthfully, it looked like the product was already used, but since it works ok, I’m just complaining about the poor shipping. I would rather pay the extra $3 or $4 for a box shipment. Shipment times were ok, not great. Just give yourself plenty of time to receive the product (1.5 to 3 weeks).

I ordered a polaroid digital camera from them. My daughter opened it and it does not work- did not have an instruction manual, warranty info. nothing but a cd with nothing on it with a black x marked on it. I purchaed one compass from 1 saleaday, and I checked my credit card and was charged 8 times for one order. I have emailed the company 4 times and have yet to recieve a response. This is my first time ordering with this company, now I WISHED I WOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THIS SITE FIRST, I am hoping for the full credit from this company and wish no one else have a experince like mine.

For the most part I have had very good luck with the products offered from 1SaleADay. I do find one issue, make sure that you know exactly what you are purchasing, even going as far as finding the product somewhere else for review. I have ordered an item or 2 that was exactly what was offered but wasn't exactly what I thought I was getting. So don't blame 1SaleADay if what you receive is a bit below the standards you were expecting just double check what you are doing.

I purchased a nice looking watch from them on May 26th. I got an conformation email immediately and on May 28th I got an shipping conformation email with a UPS tracking number which said the item was picked up on May 27th. And I received the item in good package with nice cushioning on 29th. All the essential items, such as warranty and user manual, are included, and the watch itself is in perfect condition. I would like to recommend this shop to everyone and I will definitely buy from them next time!

I ordered a 8GB fusion MP3/4 from 1salesaday. The Mp3 worked only one time and then the it died. They also charged my credit card immediately and then sent it out after almost 1 month. Anyway, I tried to contact them to return this MP3/4. However they asked me to contact the manufacturer, which obviously is somewhere in China. I then asked for information of the manufacturer, they didn't response my email at all. I know some fortunate customers got some good stuff from them. But once you get problems, they simply ignore you.
