The price was excellent, as I have been shopping around for 7\u0022 TVs. Also, their shipping rates are good. I am glad that I didn\u0027t read the reviews that I saw on another page first, because if I had seen them before I ordered, I would have never placed my order. I have also ordered some free items from them and so far, I have never had any problems. I told 1saleaday and their response was that the UPS website showed it would be delivered the next day. Three times I emailed and told them that the UPS computer automatically updates a delivery date when a package is lost and that 1saleaday should simply call UPS and find out that what I was saying was true. They never did. Customer service rep (Devorah) was very helpful and made sure that the order gets cancelled before it is shipped out. They even advised to refuse the package on delivery to avoid any return charges.
