If you're thinking about placing an order with these guys, don't do it. There are other, legitimate, companies which can fulfill your parts needs. #1Motormart.com is part of a group of firms under one umbrella that all seem to practice the same deception, accepting orders, charging for the item, then taking forever to refund the payment when parts aren't available.  
 
I tried to take precautions with my order. I verified with motormart sales that the part was in stock. I verified that my card wasn't going to be charged unless the part was ready to ship. Yeah, right.  
 
Three days later I received an email that my payment would be refunded. My part wasn't available. I still haven't seen a refund. I anticipate having to contact my bank, dispute the charge, and go through all the rigamarole of dealing with a dishonest merchant.  
 
As I wrote at the beginning, if you're thinking about ordering from these guys, don't do it. Maybe you'll get lucky...but likely you won't.

Very satisfied with my order. Ordered 4 glow plugs for my 1982 Mercedes-Benz 240D Monday morning, would've came Wednesday but nobody was home received it Friday morning. The tank runs even better, now that its using all cylinders. Fast acting company, very competitive prices, no hassles! Will buy again.

So I decided to take a chance and purchase a Bosch oxygen sensor from this merchant despite the terrible reviews. The price was just too good ($69 shipped vs. $122 local at mechanic's cost, no profit, $112 autozone). After some nervous UPS tracking, it arrived as advertised. I feel some responsibility to leave a positive review for this company because my order was received, processed, shipped and delivered in 3 days. Certainly would buy from again.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company is part of the Autoparts Warehouse group of companies -- please check Autoparts Warehouse feedback on Reseller Ratings.com for a comprehensive list of the companies under whose name Autoparts Warehouse currently sells parts. If I had had this information prior to ordering two Bilstein struts from 1MotorMart.com, the order never would have been placed.  
 
As it turned out, neither Autoparts Warehouse nor any of its "subsidiaries" are authorized on line Bilstein strut dealers -- or at least they are not listed as such on the Bilstein website. I checked the Bilstein website because, four hours after placing my order and despite two prior conversations with customer service, I had not been e-mailed an invoice. Finally, customer service provided me with a user name and password that enabled me to access my invoice on the Autoparts Warehouse website (this was when I first realized that I had been duped into doing business with Autoparts Warehouse). Nowhere on this invoice was the manufacturer of these struts -- Bilstein -- mentioned. The order simply stated "Strut Assembly."  
 
The absence of the manufacturer's name led me to try, with no luck, to cancel the order. Why? Purchasing struts (or any part) from a company that is not authorized to sell them voids whatever warranty protection the manufacturer provides. Now the good news. I received the struts three days after placing my order and declined delivery of the package. Two days after that the struts were back at Autoparts Warehouse and ten days after that a full refund -- no re-stocking fee was charged -- was issued. In the interim, I had placed this matter into dispute with my credit card company.  
 
What lessons were learned? First, make certain that the company that you are purchasing parts from is authorized to sell them -- otherwise the warranty may not be valid. Second, while navigating around the Autoparts Warehouse and 1MotorMart websites, I could not find an address listed for either of these companies. This is a red flag -- a company should list its address on its website. Third, use Google prudently, especially if you're not familiar with a merchant. Google does not police its advertisers in any way so the company whose sponsored link you just clicked may or may not be legitimate merchant. Google just cares about the number of times a link is clicked -- not what happens to a consumer after he gives a Google advertiser his credit card details. This policy provides merchants who don't want to play by the rules with an opening -- do a Google search for "struts" and many of the sponsored links contained in the search results are "subsidiaries" of Autoparts Warehouse.  
 
Finally, check reseller ratings.com before ordering from a merchant with whom you are not familiar. An ounce of prevention...

I purchased front and rear brake pads. One set showed as in stock, the other was special order. That's fine, as I had a fairly new car.  
 
I received the "in stock" pads last Friday -- almost three weeks after the original purchase date! I contacted the vendor through their online chat to find out when I might get the special order pads. I quote, "As i have a limited access with the shipping department i am not sure about that". Ok, so it's Saturday, shipping dept might be closed.  
 
I pressed him a bit more to see if/when I might be able to get a definite timeframe and was told "You will receive the part on monday As we do not have deliveries on holidays". Strange thing is there is no holiday upcoming until xmas??  
 
Since he had no information one second and then all of a sudden said that it was in transit, I simply asked for a tracking number. "It has not been updated it will be updated later today", so I waited a day and contacted them again. Today, I just got an answer that "I would be updated during normal business hours." Their website says to contact them 24/7 so what is a normal business hour for them??  
 
I've tried to be patient with these guys and give them the benefit of the doubt. But their dubious answers are making me think that I need to cancel my order and never purchase from here again as my dealings so far have been rather suspect. Proceed with caution...

Great place to order from. Would buy from again. Very fast shipping.

I ordered Brembo Brake rotors with free shipping.  
The items were in stock according to the site.  
And sure enough, I received a tracking number in my email a day later.  
Items arrived the 23rd of October.  
Would certainly buy from this place again.
