"Not so good. Hard to find full size VHS camcorder, refurb, at a top price. They called right after I ordered to ask if I wanted the case. These things are fragile, that's why the case was included in the kit originally. A $100 addon that they tricked me into buying and paying added shipping on. I'll never do business with them again. The cam itself was good."
