Not so good. Hard to find full size VHS camcorder, refurb, at a top price. They called right after I ordered to ask if I wanted the case. These things are fragile, that's why the case was included in the kit originally. A $100 addon that they tricked me into buying and paying added shipping on. I'll never do business with them again. The cam itself was good.

paid 435.00 for camcorder jvc gr-dvl-220u,charged 73.00 for 2-3 day fedex shipping. camcorder was defective when it arrived. called company, paid 12.00 to ship it back by USPS 2 day delivery. was shipped gr-dvl-320u not same product I wanted and was BS by tech. tried to stop shipping but couldn't. lost $85.00 in shipping fees. feel company is selling reburbished products. told new camcorder would arrive with open box. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
