I bought a Luggage Set and received the order notification without precise description. They sent me a smaller size set.  
I emailed the company saying that they sent me a wrong product.  
I observed that they changed the product specifications on the Web page.  
Conclusion:  
The company knew from the first day that there was a problem but they didn't contact me.  
They never replayed any of the emails I sent.  
The customer service representative lied to me several times when talking by phone. Actually, the problem is still unresolved.  
This company is by no means reliable.
