Ordered an item called Award Winning Mom #18255. No way this would win any awards. It looked like some overgrown dandelions - nothing like the picture. Very disappointing. Contacted customer support to get removed from their mailing list and described our disappointment. No reponse. Skip these guys and use a local vendor where you might get some accountability.

Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's day. Flowers were never delivered. It is impossible to get through to them by phone and they refuse to respond by email. Have requested a credit card chargeback since they refuse to help.

My fiance sent me a very beautiful bouquet from this site. I really love the red roses they are still on my table after 8 days still look very nice and fresh. The vase was a nice touch it was a really cool red vase. came with a large box of chocolates too!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for someone's birthday and they were promptly delivered as promised with an email telling me when they were delivered. I've done business with 1-800-Flowers.com before and will definitely do business with them again.
