"I ordered two cases and car chargers for my Samsung mobile phones and they came as described and were shipped in a timely manner.

The only issue I had during the process was trying to determine my shipping status. I couldn't get a shipment status either through their website link or from two emails I sent to them. I called customer service three days after my order was made and I spoke with a rep. who told me they had shipped and they emailed me the tracking numbers."

"Ordered a battery and a phone-computer connector kit. Price was unusually low. The two items shipped separately, the order status emails never made that clear. The package tracking links/numbers never worked. When the battery arrived it was just loose in the box, no packaging at all not even an antistatic bag. Fortunately it was fine -- It would have not surprised me at all if the battery had been dead due to a short. The connection kit arrived fine, drop shipped directly from their supplier.

In short be very very careful; the packaging for some items will likely be subpar, even worse than OEM though there is nothing on the site that indicates this. I had no cause to contact customer service and I'm glad -- I definitely got the feeling they cut corners."

"I received a response from their tech support today, they said to send the second door back (I have to pay for shipping) with the RMA number they provided. This isn't great, but it's still cheaper than keeping the door (which I have no use for). The order should arrive tomorrow (according to UPS), so I'll send that one back and see what happens.

The customer service is Awful. I sent them two emails about a mistake in my order (extended battery door for a Motorola Q9m, accidentally ordered two doors, instead of one), the first of which was sent about 5 minutes after the order was placed. I sent a second email the following day to make sure that received it. About 4 hours after the second email, I received an automated email saying that I had been charged for 2 doors, which had shipped. I have complained once again to their customer support, and will see what the response is. "

"I ordered a $60 headset from them and they sent me a similar model, however it was a $30-$40 model that they sent. I shipped it back after obtaining a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and they refunded me the cost of the product I paid for, excluding shipping costs both ways. I'm just happy they took it back. However, they did make me lose ~10 and that makes me mad."

"Ordered the adapter on a saturday, 11 days later still haven't recieved the item and there in the next state. Emailed them to find out abou the item and never was contacted back. Called them twice and listened to a piano for a total of a hour and a half. Never to have anyone answer. I purchase from alot of companies online and this will not be a company I would use or recommend to anyone"

"This company is the worst of all online stores I have ever dealt with. It's almost impossible to get customer service on the phone. Emailed them twice, but never heard back. Not able to check order status. The shipping is slow. All you can do is wait.

I will never deal with them again! "

"Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!!!! Never again. I purchased two phones that were delivered a week late. When I called their customer service the wait to get a representative was at least 30 minutes and when you finally got thru, everything that I was told was not true. The phones didn't work in the area where I live and I have 3 days trying to get an RMA from them with no luck. No answer to my emails or to my phone messages. Beware!!!!!!"

"This is BY FAR the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. After nearly 2 weeks, I finally received my order. The phone did not work. After a LONG time on hold, I finally got a tech who told me the phone was defective and I should return it. I got a second opinion at our local AT&T store and their tech told me the same. Took forever to get a RAN by e-mail and then I had to pay the return shipping. I decided at that point NOT to have the phone replaced, asked for a refund. THEN 1800mobiles charges me $24.99 for restocking the phone? What company restocks a phone that doesn't work? Finally got someone on the line after 45 minutes. Had to throw a huge fit to get a supervisor. She tells me the phone I sent back was tested and found to be in perfect working order and there is no record of me having called a tech or any of my e-mails to customer service. So, basically, she called me a liar. After insisting that she give me the name and contact info for HER boss, she promised she'd look into the matter and call me back within the hour. Haven't heard back. No one will return any of my e-mails, This company is in the fraud business, not the phone business. Do not do busines with 1800mobiles. And, if you are one of the many people who've been ripped off, spread the word. Eventually it will catch up with them.
