"Extremely poor customer service to the point of being fraudulent. I ordered a Nokia headset. 800mobiles first mailed me only the charger. I had to call back to let them know that the headset was missing. They said its a UPS mistake. They then mailed a faulty headset with no manual or instructions whatsoever. Asked me to call up Nokia to get the instructions. Provided me with an outdated number to call Nokia. I tried all I could using instructions from Nokia's website - headset still did not work. They asked me to mail it back which I did. Then they said they cannot credit back, as the packaging used was not original packaging - which was wierd as I did use the original packaging. Lady on phone was stark rude accusing me of lying and hung up on me when I asked for the refund - very bad experience. They told me only option is to ask for a replacement from Nokia. A big "NO NO" would be my recomendation for this store."
"This company is the worst of all online stores I have ever dealt with. It's almost impossible to get customer service on the phone. Emailed them twice, but never heard back. Not able to check order status. The shipping is slow. All you can do is wait.
"Beware of these scam artists. I paid for "express delivery' of a phone. No phone after a week. No customer service. No response. Caveat Emptor - Big time. Worst "service" I have ever experienced on the web."
"The cell phones came as ordered Oct 2005. Had rebates of $400 to mail in but had to send them in 180 to 210 days after purchase. I did as instructed and had the rebates and all paper work as instructed. It's now June 7th, 2006 no rebate check, customer service is non exisitant, rude, hard to contact and not willing to help at all (FRAUD) maybe. The bottom line 1 800 Mobiles is the worst business I have ever done a transaction with. Stay away from them........"
"Awful. Took so long to get the holster I had actually forgotten that I ordered it. So long that by the time I got it, I had a different phone. Stay away....looks like nobody gives them a good review. Wish I had read this site before I ordered. Don't make the same mistake that I did."
"Stay away from this site. I ordered a battery and case. I actually ordered it from cellular accessories and got a response and RMA from 1800 mobiles. That process took all of 6 weeks after several emails. I still to date have not received my refund. Emails have gone unanswered and no one answers their phones. This company are scam artists. For those that have been satisfied it's only because you didn't have to return anything. And yes the packaging was substandard. Mine actually came in a Post Office (USPS)box turned inside out but it was shipped via UPS. Go figure. I knew then I'd be in trouble if had to return something and I was right! Stay away. Stay far far away!!!!!"
"Avoid this company-unless you like your time wasted and being lied to. I ordered a phone - it never came-they claim they emailed me about my card not going through- which I never received. My card was fine. I tried to work with them to reprocess the order and they kept promising me that they would call me back within a time frame with answers and to complete my order. It never happened. I was always calling them back. Two irritating weeks later- my phone had not been ordered and they kept telling me it was Verizon's fault. I cancelled my order with them and picked up a phone at a local store for a better deal!!! This company is not professional-and not at all dependable."
"They shipped a defective battery with no protective packaging. Could not locate a replacement within 2 weeks, and then cancelled the order. They did credit my account for the battery and what it cost to ship it back to them, but Would not accept a return/ or give credit on a Leather Cell Phone Case which would not fit my phone. I will never do business with them again!"
"I ordered a cell phone battery through them. I should've known something was wrong when their price was at least $30 less than other retailers. Anyway, I ordered the battery. Surprise. The battery was defective. It wouldn't charge even when left plugged in for a week. I returned the battery via USPS and asked for a refund. Complete silence from them. I waited for two days and again asked them for a refund. Nothing. I waited another week and sent them an email saying I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a complaint with BBB. Still no reply or refund. I waited another week and sent them another email just so that I can show my credit card company and BBB that I had tried several times to resolve the dispute. This time I got an email from the 'controller' of the company claiming they had not received my package. Bloody liars. I wrote back with the USPS tracking number. After a couple of days they sent an email saying my return was being processed. It took a few more days for them to refund my credit card. They were also supposed to refund me $5 for shipping the defective item back. Of course they never replied about that.
*Stay away* from this company. They sell defective items and make the refund process as slow and frustrating as possible hoping I'm sure that you will give up. "
"We are very disappointed with this company. We ordered 5 items. One item we received and it was the correct item. They shipped the wrong item for another. We have to pay to ship it back and they will only reimburse up to $5 for the shipping. One item is not available. Two others have been on back order for more than 2 weeks. We cancelled the order the other day. So in summary they got 1 out of 5 items correct."
