There is no way for us to know why the e-mail wasn't received, but the only way for us to know that a customer didn't receive their codes is for them to contact us. The customer opened a live chat with us 1 week after their order was placed. Within a minute or two of the chat being opened, we provided them with the same codes from the e-mail. They asked for activation instructions and we provided them as well.”
