posted Jun-16-2011“We sent this customer's license keys within 24 hours after they placed their order as we do with most orders on our website. There is no way for us to know why the e-mail wasn't received, but the only way for us to know that a customer didn't receive their codes is for them to contact us. The customer opened a live chat with us 1 week after their order was placed. Within a minute or two of the chat being opened, we provided them with the same codes from the e-mail. They asked for activation instructions and we provided them as well.”
