"Ordered a Thermaltake Fan Duct for a case mod that I was doing. Three weeks goes by and I Never recieved the product. Had a hell of a time getting any information from this company on what was going on. Ended up reporting them to the BBB. Will never buy there again. "

"Bart is as good as gold. He's every bit as good as the reviews for 1CoolPC indicate.

I screwed up and accidentally duplicated my order. I e-mailed 1CoolPC asking to cancel the duplicate order (9PM on the West Coast). Within minutes, Bart personally replied that he had taken care of it, all duplicates were automatically deleted.

Order arrived within two days, from Wash State to NY State, USPS Priority Mail (free for orders over $30).

What was even more amazing than the top-notch service was the quality of the HSF. I ordered a pair of the cheapest socket 7/socket 370 HSFs (PSO 3-wire for $7) for some old systems. The item description was for an all-aluminum heatsink with a 50mm fan. What arrived was a beefy aluminum heatsink with copper slug and a quiet 60mm fan, complete with grill! There was thermal compound pre-applied to the copper slug, and even the power cable was nicely sleeved.

Bart must be losing money on these, I would have gladly paid twice the price for the quality of the HSF. My old systems are running cool and quiet with these HSFs, I wish I had ordered these a long time ago.

Definitely a class operation, I will be ordering more fans and HSFs from 1CoolPC. The prices are competitive, the quality is excellent, and the personal service can't be beat.

"The items I ordered were exactly as described, and with a super price! Delivery was very quick - 2 days - I live in Florida, they are in Washington - can't ship it much farther or faster than that!

"A really good company to deal with. I had problems with my computer on New Years day and sent an email to 1COOLPC, not expecting a reply until after the smoke had cleared from the Holidays. An hour didn't pass and Bart Lane of 1COOLPC sent me a reply...I thought I was the only one working until that came along! He helped me with my needs and at a great price. I see some ratings for 1COOLPC that are on the lower side when it comes to price. I'd say Bart is right in the top of the scale. You DO get what you pay for in electronics 99.9% of the time. IMHO, Bart is low in price for the quality you get."

"1coolpc offers to give you the best deal they can and try to beat it by 5%. Well they do!! I asked for a deal on a heatsink & fan and I got one. Minutes after I e-mailed them I received a reply with a deal for the items I wanted. Went to web site and placed my order and received a e-mail invoice within minutes. All this at 6pm central time. Now thats service!! not a automated reply but a reply from the owner.Ordering was fast & simple.

"Everything was handled as timely as possible, and then some. I got exactly what I ordered in a shorter amount of time than expected.
What else could anyone want from a reseller?
FREE STUFF!!! (but that's why I'm filling out this review)

Seriously, they are great people. I needed a low-profile CPU cooler that still does a decent job of cooling, and theirs was the best-rated 1u CPU cooler I could find. "

"Imagine I ordered this power supply that was showed on the website...I was sent the wrong one...Then I sent it back..Bart told me the one showed on the website is out of stock. He then asked me if I pay $15 more I can get the power supply that I wanted. Thats what I did...Then again he sent me a power supply that started emitting bad smell after 2 days. I sent that one back to asking for a refund but never got it...they said they never recieved my power supply back..how's that possible...I've shipped out more than 100 packages in my life and this is the first time someone didnt get it? WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD BUYING ONLINE EVER!!! "
