"DO NOT EVER BUY FROM 1A AUTO, INC. THEY SUCK. I purchased parts and had them installed by a Certified Master Tech. They failed after just ONE WEEK !!!! I had to UN-install the CRAP 1A Auto foreign after market parts and Re-install OEM parts. When I spoke to the QC DIRECTOR he told me they "LOOKED FINE". These were Hub Assemblies. The guy was holding them in his hand and spinning them trying to tell me they weren't DEFECTIVE. Seriously? My mechanic told me that Hubs have to be mounted ON A SPINDLE and measured to tell they're deflected. He reaffirmed that the Hubs were "dangerously deflected" before he had to replace them. 1A AUTO refused to reimburse me for the additional labor costs even though they were OBVIOUSLY responsible for those costs. THIS COMPANY IS AMAZINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. "
"These guys are on the ball, speedy delivery, best price hands down, phenomenal customer service and detailed tutorials of how to install the parts on Youtube. I will be doing all my auto shopping with 1A from here on out, 10 out of 10...."
"This is the best auto parts I am very happy to buy from. The price is incredible and the service is number one. I'm so glad to find you online. Thank you for being such a good dealler."
"I recently bought a pair of fog lamps for a Honda Accord from AM-Autoparts at a cheap cheap price the parts arrive within 2 days very fast the parts look good fit and quality is good one was missing a harness i send them an email telling them of the mistake and they responded promptly. they issued a new harness for the one that was missing, i am waiting for it to arrive.I will definitely buy more products/parts from them 1A-Autoparts and AM-Autoparts i have purchase parts from 1A-Autoparts in the past and the parts arrived within 2 days from the day of purchase make sure you buy the parts in the morning and you get it in 2 days."
"I bought a driver door window regulator for my 2001 Suburban after speaking to a person at the company. 19 months later the motor in the regulator failed. I called customer service, They told me the item I bought was only warranted for 90 days! The person I spoke to said they had offered one that was guaranteed for life at the same time that was $9 more, but that I hadn't bought that one. That is total BS!!. Why would I save $9 on a lifetime warranty. They say they will make good if you have a problem with their parts. Basically they told me to take a hike!"
"Excelent experience W/ 1A Auto parts and the pricing is incredible low.. Thanks.. 1A auto parts"

"Well i have made a purchase from this company a week ago, the sales person helped me to pick the right product and i made the payment he promised me I will get it in three days,, now it's already a week nothing changed just seating waiting for what's gonna happen. I NEEDED THE part very urgent; however, it seems like a dream. so disappointed I should have read reviews before I did business with them."
"The shop estimate to replace the front and lower control arms on my 1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible was 2/3rds of it's $2000 Kelly Blue Book value. 1AAuto offered the parts I needed for $199.00 (1/2 the price of any other supplier I found). The parts shipped and arrived when they promised. The parts quality and fit is comparable to OE. I am VERY pleased with 1AAuto, and will do business with them again. One more thing, FREE SHIPPING!You guys ROCK! (unlike another on-line auto parts store)."
"Zero stars. Bought four ignition coils. 2 broke within 20 miles of driving. 7 days. Saved $200 getting the parts. Spent $400 repairing the car to working order after the parts crapped out. 1A auto adamantly refused to give me any money back. Said it was against policy. I say, when you send someone such exceptionally bad parts, it's time to make an exception to your policy. What a worthless company.Tried to save $200. Since they won't give me my $ back, I ended up spending $600 more than if I'd gotten primo dealership parts. Even if they had given me my $ back, I would have spent $400 more than if I'd gotten better quality parts."
"1AAuto is great because they ship parts very fast, have good products, good customer service, a great return policy, very good website, and great prices!! Also great how-to videos on youtube. We fix stuff ourselves when reasonable and not too lengthy, due to the economy. We have 3 good older vehicles and will be keeping them till things get better with this tough economy. We will certainly go back to this parts dealer, because they have better parts prices, customer support, etc. than other online parts dealers. "
"I ordered rear rotors and disk brakes (ceramic) for my car. The total price was considerably cheaper than the local autozone store. Free shipping was a plus. And the package arrived within 4 business days. Very pleased!!"
"Fast shipping. Products were the right fit and easy to install. Price was good. But there was a mistake and customer service doesn't respond to you."
"long story short, I am 99% satisfy with 1AAuto part I bought online.Part: Honda Accord transmission speed control sensor.Speed: Sunday night placed order, Wednesday got the part total 2.5 days by UPS. well, it is free delivery much better than AMZN and Ebay. Price: Honda(Carland GA) dealer $499 + tax, Advance Auto part $109 + tax, 1AAuto online $35 included tax.Quality: looks very similar to Honda dealer's part, I installed in 15 mins(2 of 10mm screws), it worked immediate and works perfectly for the last 3 days, if it works 2 more years I will add 1% more satisfaction to make-up 100%.History: about 4 years ago, my Honda Accord had "S" light on and does not accelerate well, drove to Honda dealer for repair told "transmission speed control sensor" dis-function. Costed me $499 + labor $170 and + tax. This time, 1AAuto has video taught me DIY. I learn in minutes and I took off the parts in 15 minutes, installed in about 15 mins."
"I purchased a power window motor/regulator unit for a Camry. When it came in, I connected the wire, but it did not work/hum/buzz or run in any fashion. The old motor still worked fine, but the regulator was shot. I reconnected the old motor and again it worked fine. Contrary to 1Aauto's web page and shipping invoice, they do NOT have "hassle free" returns. After I completed the online return form I received an email from 1Aauto pretty much asking "are you sure it's broke" and they wouldn't accept it back. I emailed again, but no response. It took a phone call to the returns department to spell it out for them to accept it back. I won't deal with this company ever again. "
