I called customer service, They told me the item I bought was only warranted for 90 days! The person I spoke to said they had offered one that was guaranteed for life at the same time that was $9 more, but that I hadn\u0027t bought that one. That is total BS!!. Why would I save $9 on a lifetime warranty. They say they will make good if you have a problem with their parts. Costed me $499 + labor $170 and + tax. This time, 1AAuto has video taught me DIY. When it came in, I connected the wire, but it did not work\/hum\/buzz or run in any fashion. The old motor still worked fine, but the regulator was shot. "DO NOT EVER BUY FROM 1A AUTO, INC. THEY SUCK. I purchased parts and had them installed by a Certified Master Tech. They failed after just ONE WEEK !!!! I had to UN-install the CRAP 1A Auto foreign after market parts and Re-install OEM parts. When I spoke to the QC DIRECTOR he told me they "LOOKED FINE". These were Hub Assemblies. The guy was holding them in his hand and spinning them trying to tell me they weren't DEFECTIVE. Seriously? My mechanic told me that Hubs have to be mounted ON A SPINDLE and measured to tell they're deflected. He reaffirmed that the Hubs were "dangerously deflected" before he had to replace them. 1A AUTO refused to reimburse me for the additional labor costs even though they were OBVIOUSLY responsible for those costs. THIS COMPANY IS AMAZINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. "
