“We're very sorry you have not received your order yet, and that we did not provide great customer service when you called to follow up on your order. I checked the status of your order, and it appears that when we contacted your vet for the prescription authorization, your vet indicated that your dog needed a heartworm test before the prescription could be authorized.
We are unable to ship prescription medications without the authorization of your vet. If you do not believe your dog is due for a heartworm test and would like to re-open your order, we would be happy to re-contact your vet for you. Please contact me directly at arosenberg@1800petmeds.com, and I will follow up on this for you.

"I was told on January 5 that my order for my dogs medicine was shipped. So I waited and waited. I sent an email on January 22 asking where my order was. I received a message that my address needed to be verified and my dog was due for a heartworm exam so the meds were in fact not shipped (not that anyone at 1800petmeds.com did anything other than collect my money.). I called the company, and was disconnected not once but twice. When i called a third time, i was given yet another excuse why this situation had occurred, again the compamy did not take responsibility for is mistake....DON'T USE 1800PETMEDS.COM"
