reply posted Jun-03-2013 “First I want to say I apologize for this issue. Please take a moment to read through the reviews of our company and you will find issues like this are a rare exception, not the norm.
Internally we are discussing this issue with the customer service representative you spoke with and will ensure our customers never have an experience where they dealing with someone "rude and condescending."
This order was delayed to our shipping department because the credit card company put a hold on the transaction. We are limited to the information given to us by the issuing card bank and do not know why this hold was in place.
With that said, to hear someone was rude or inflexible is not how we treat our customers and it will be investigated.
We would like to refund you your money for the initial purchase. Please call us at our toll free number or contact Lori, our Customer Service Manager and she will handle the process for you.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will give our company another chance.

"receiver will not pick up signal through more than one wall-we had to place bell in kitchen within 25 feet of door. Bell is not loud enough to hear throughout house and we have a very small house-1,000 sq. ft. Have had cheaper product which performed better."
