I've been searchig for an S9suto with humidifier as prescribed by my resperitory specialist here at Liverpool hospital, read reviews, and emailed 1800cpap, they were so quick in responding to my email. The price here in Australia from various suppliers are so expensive. The shipping from US to Sydney was not that bad ,but ....my parcel was held by Australian customs as my S9auto + humidifier + resmed pillow mask summed up to AUD 1099.00. Fair dincum to Australian customs, they want their piece of the action and had to pay processing fee and took nearly 5 working days to get it released. But still it came cheap to buy in US than here . My credit card was charged immediately, but here we are 24 days later and I have only received a partial order. When I called about this, I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes "while they check my order." I hung up and called again only to be disconneted. However, that person DID call me back and apologized. After several minutes of conversation I got no resolve, so asked to speak to a manager. About 5 minutes later a manager picked up my call and told me nothing more than what the person before her had told me. When I asked why they charged my account before sending me what I ordered, she told me in so many words that was "protocal" and the only way to get my money back was to cancel the order. At that point, I asked that she do that for me because I feel this is a terrible way to do business.
