"For what its worth: I jumped on the deal they advertised on their homepage and received excellent service- order confirmation emails, shipment email, received package in less than a week, ordered - 4 T027 and 2 T026- Epson 820 cartridges, the order was doubled as advertised, shipping was free, discount of 10% was applied and free t-shirt is included all for around 70$, granted I didnt have to contact them on the phone (some customers in the past said they could not reach 123inkjets by phone), but when the service is that good, the only reason I would have to call is to complement them, instead - I wrote this...

The product has consistently been as good or better than OEM at up to 70% below retail cost. Shiping is always fast. Communication is always prompt. Their customer service people are always friendly and will do whatever it takes to satisfy. And, what is amazing, they regularly offer big discounts that mean big discounts from their already rock-bottom prices. Also, they carry a larger inventory than any similar company. I've done business with similar companies and can state from experience that 123inkjets is by far the best in the business."

"Ordered from 123 before I read all these comments and never figured I'd get a cartridge that worked - or maybe even no cartridge at all. I first tried three different cartridges for my Epson C82 from InkQuik in Oregon. None worked. Never could get the missed black lines to clear up even after a dozen times of cleaning the print heads. Today I installed the cartridge from 123 and after two cleanings it performed perfectly. Service was as good as any and they have a toll free if you have any problems. I'd order fom them again........"
"I've ordered from 123inkjets at least 4 times. Not small orders, but several value packs.
Prices are good, quality is okay too.
Where they really shine is standing behind their product. I have 4 Epson printers and use their ink in all of them. I was happy with their ink in all of them except one model I have. I called today and they sent a pre-paid return label very quickly. although I don't know how long it will take for a refund, it is very rare for a company to go the extra step here.
On a bad note, shipping times seem to take a while and when inquiring with them via email on it, I didn't get a reply.
All in all, a good experience.
I would purchase from them again without a second though.
"I placed my order on Wednesday 5 March and it arrived today, Friday 7 March. All items were in the package (along with free t-shirt, cell phone antenna and M&Ms!) and were well-packed. 7 color cartridges, 6 black cartridges and two fax refill ribbons for the price of 3 black cartridges at a local retail store. Great service and great price means I will definitely be a repeat customer! "
"123inkjet has the cheapest price for black for my Canon printer. They got my order to my East LA door in 3 days. B/W prints look fine. No streaking or leaking.
I prefer 123inkjets over ink4art. Carts are vacuumed wrapped and have weighty packaging. Individual volume pricing is great! You don't have to buy all colors in packs of 12 to save money. Just buy the color you need. My ink says made in the USA. Go 123inkjets! "
