"After reading the last negative review, I felt compelled to share my experience so that others will not have to deal with the disrespect and the horrible experience that I had to. After not receiving my flowers ($100+ order), calling twice only to be told that they would look into it and call me back (which they never did), and sending an email, I was finally called back by a man named Bob, who stated he was the owner. He was very defensive of my natural complaint, stated that an attempt was made, and that I could cancel, but still I'd have to pay a delivery fee. I was fine with this, but wanted to let him know that a note was not left on the door of the recipient of the delivery and of the several attempts to call and clear up the matter with no response. He cut me off and would not let me finish talking. He said, and I quote, "Look honey, I don't want to get into a he said, she said fight with you". I told him that it was inappropriate for hime to call me honey and that I wanted my order cancelled. Here's the worst of it. The recipient was my mother. I was sending flowers for her birthday which was clearly stated on the card I filled out online with my mothers phone number. The self proclaimed owner of 11Flowers.com, Bob, called my mother and told her that, and I quote, "It would be a cold day in hell before he delivered her a glass of water." Needless to say, I was shocked. If you want to buy flowers from these people, just know what kind of quality of a person you are dealing with and that you probably will not get your product."
