"I placed two orders with them, both of them arrived fine but in both cases it was something else than I ordered! I wrote them several e-mails trying to resolve the problem but they never bothered to answer any of them. I will never do a business with them and I discourage everyone from doing so.

In the first case I ordered the total number of 12 pieces of 3 different types of adapters (2, 4 and 6 pcs.) but they completely confused the order and swapped all 3 numbers. In the end I got different number of adapters of each kind than what I wanted and what I paid for.

In the second case I ordered 1 piece of ATVR-300 - 300 Watt Deluxe Automatic Voltage Regulator, Voltage Converter Transformer (CE Appr.). I received something quite different - ATVR-500D which:
a) doesn't have advertised Time Delay switch (which was the reason I was ordering this specific type)
b) doesn't have advertised CE Approval
c) looks quite differently than the one shown on their website

"Shopping online can save time but can be very confusing at times. Thanks to 110220volts.com I have overcome all my confusions and therefore I was able to buy Plasma T.V., DVD, couple of adapters, Voltage stabilizer and a Home Theater system all in one go because of the great prices that 110220volts.com offer. After the items were delivered to me I was a completely satisfied man. Really you stick to what you say and there are no extra charges involved. I think I have found the place from were I will do all my shopping in future. Keep up your good work. You have already earned a loyal customer in me. "

"I was pleased by the service and the delivery. I just find strange that the shipping was free for the current converter but I had to pay if I also bought plug adapters. There was enough place in the box where the current converters were."

"I purchased a Philips universal DVD player. The player worked but the remote did not and the back battery compartment was damaged. I contacted them by phone two different times for an RMA # but they wouldn't provide one. Said it wasn't necessary. They sent the same remote back which still does not work with a lecture about how I should have obtained an RMA # and that the remote's back cover was damaged in shipment and it wasn't their fault.
Never ever order from these folks!!!"

"An excellent product. The price was good, and the website was helpful in determining my needs (as I am not an expert in the field). Shipping took a little while, but it was likely due to the fact that the product came from China... the company sent it out rather quickly."
