I'm very disapointed because Isend a request for a RMA about 2 weeks ago. And I have no answer yet.
My device stop working after only one week of occasional normal use. Iwant to return it and have a refund to buy the same device in another brand without response I'm ging to buy this kind of devices at another merchant.

I was pleased by the service and the delivery. I just find strange that the shipping was free for the current converter but I had to pay if I also bought plug adapters. There was enough place in the box where the current converters were.

The product was as described and works. However, I have a bitter taste in mouth regarding the astronomical fee charged to me for shipping to a member of our Armed Forces. I was charged $61.50 for shipping a 10lb box, which at that time I had no idea I was being extorted since subsequently I have shipped up to 30 lbs to the same APO for less then $30. So I have discussed this with other members of my sons unit and despite having a product that works I encouraged them to look elsewhere for the same item due to this unfair shipping practice.

The Universal 220V 6-Outlet Power Strip with Surge Protector 450 Joules, with Modem Surge is reasonably priced, shipped the same day it was ordered, arrived in very good time and worked perfectly upon use in the Philippines. I'm very happy with the product and with the service. Thank you.

Unfortunately I'm very disappointed in the product quality and the customer service of 110220V.
1.) Poor customer service
I ordered: 110-220V power converters expedited shipping in 2-3days. I paid with the credit card of my mother in law since we just moved to Canada and I didn't have a new credit card yet. I received a confirmation of the order. One week after the order I called customer service ... and they hadn't acted on the order due to their fraud protection policy. How about contacting me?
2.) Unkept promises.
After calling in, customer service promised(!) the order would arrive in 2 days, because I needed them on day 3. They arrived in the evening of day 3 ... The customer service refused to consider reimbursing the cost for expedited shipping.
3.) Poor quality devices
2 of the devices (CKT-230B) broke shortly after receiving them, even though I used them well below their specification.
4.) Very poor customer service.
I sent them back after customer service told me they would refund the cost for these 2 converters.
Lucky that I read the small print that says they would reject any device that doesn't have a RMA-number. I got an RMA number from the customer service and sent it. UPS confirmed that the package had been delivered ... I contacted customer service 3 weeks later. Customer service told me I hadn't sent it in the original packaging and therefore they couldn't do anything with the devices. After a long discussion over the phone the customer service manager finally agreed to reimburse 50% of the purchase price of the 2 broken devices that I had sent back.
But where to buy power converters from? I now have Power converters from "Hammond Power Solutions Inc.". Since I got them through my work and they bought them 10years ago, I don't know if they still offer them and how much they would be. This review was modified by its author, dr.zeugs, on

Poor customer service.
Order was placed on 7/15/09, item was listed as in stock on their website. After a week and no shipping conformation I called them. At that time the customer service rep assured me that the parts were in stock, someone in the warehouse had made a mistake, and the item would be shipping that day. Another week passed and still no shipping conformation. I called a second time, same story, the part is in stock and should ship that day. When I did not see shipping conformation the next day, I called a third time. This time I was told that they were out of stock but they were expecting a delivery the next day, at which time it would ship out. Another week passed and finally on 8/5/09 my item was shipped.
I would not order from them again.

The unit displayed on the web site and shown as available, which I ordered, was in black. The unit that was delivered, however, was not black, but silver. When I called to ask about this, I was told that they did not have the unit in black, but only in silver. I asked for an adjustment in the price, since what was delivered was not what was shown on the web site as available and what I had ordered. I was offered a $2 credit to my credit card account. I declined that offer. In my opinion, to show one color item on your web site as available, and then ship a different color item than what was shown and ordered, is consumer fraud.

The converters I purchased were delivered promptly however I had some problems with the product afterwards and after making a few enquiries I was met with probably the poorest customer service I've encountered. My first two emails were ignored then after a third I received an abrupt, rude response. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

EXDTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!! We purchased a new ATVR-2000 2,000 Watt Deluxe Automatic Voltage Regulator, Voltage Converter Transformer (CE Mark) 1 for the price of $129.99. The first time we used it, it burned out and caused us to lose our client's business. I wrote to the company and requested that the transformer be repaired or replaced and have not heard back from them yet. EXDTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!

It is unfortunate that you have a problem with the unit. We do however have a 1 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY on that unit. So call our customer service department to get an RMA number |

Price was great, easily navigated web site, ordering was easy, service was prompt and delivery was fast. Couldn't ask for more than that. Product was exactly what it was advertized to be and worked great for our application. Would definatly use this company again and recomend them to others.
