Very good product selction and support staff top notch. Several times have submittend quesitons about products and received timely and detailed responses. Most recently Pam Womack went over and above and proved they also have Outstanding Customer Service - Higly Recommend.

Very disappointing from a customer service and order fulfillment perspective! On their website it states "most orders ship out the same day!" I ordered at 10am their time on the 19th, plenty of time to ship an in stock item same day. I called the next day because I had not received a tracking number. The person who was helping me saw my order and said the part was definitely in stock and not on backorder. Her next statement however was the key "oh, you just ordered that yesterday morning. It usually takes 24-48 hours for us to process the order and then ship it." To which I responded "your website says 'most orders ship out the same day.'" Her response "that's most orders, not all." I did not want to get into an argument with her and just left it at that. Her response of "it usually takes..." and "most orders..." are in direct opposition each other. There is no way it can usually take you 24-48hrs to process an order and have most orders shipped the same day. In the end, it shipped out two days later and will ultimately be here over a week after I ordered it. Knowing it was only coming from two states over, I should have had it by the end of the week w/ ground shipping and same day fulfillment.
I think there is some misleading going on from their website which I dont appreciate. I won't order from them again except over the phone if they guarantee same day shipment.

I wanted to thank Kris Cox for her help in getting me some warm white fluorescent bulbs. I have been unable to locate these locally and it is terrific to get personal assistance at 1000bulbs and Kris especially.

This e-store is one of the most user friendly and customer friendly that I've ever visited. One of my ordered items was out of stock. Pam Womack, CS Supervisor, promptly emailed me with choices to complete this order.
This was the only e-store that I've ever transacted business with that left me feeling genuinely appreciated as a customer.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY PURCHASES FROM THIS STORE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY SATISFACTORY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY EXPEDIENT AND COURTEOUS. I AM NOT A HUGE COMPANY BUT JUST SOMEONE WHO NEEDED 4 PARTICULAR LIGHT BULBS FOR MY PAINTING STUDIO BUT I WAS TREATED VERY RESPECTFULLY.

Wide range of products, detailed information about them, good prices and customer service. When I had problems with a product they promptly met warranty obligations.

Simple to do business with. Excellent customer service. Sara Tefft assisted with identifying an out stock item communicated it rapidly, responded to email questions within hours. Wonderful experience.

Very pleased! I had no trouble ordering a number of unusual lamp types which they had in stock at prices FAR below what I'd pay locally. The order was packed so a tank could run over it without damage. Shipped less than a day after entry, and correct in all respects. Not only pleased at the service, but the products are all high quality without a single DOA. Highly recommended.

NEGATIVE: product back ordered and 10 days to process, now it will be 11 more days before it delivers per tracking. 1.4 lbs 21 day processing, $9.93 shipping??? money saved is now money lost as I have purchased the product locally for about the same price.

We apologize that you were not promptly informed of the issue with your order and given an opportunity to substitute the product for another we had in stock. The holiday season made it difficult for this product's vendor to satisfy backorders, so we have chosen to replace the product with one that is more readily available. Though we regret you did not enjoy your experience with 1000Bulbs.com, we appreciate and value your feedback. |

My product was out of stock, but they found a replacement and shipped it for the same cost, despite the list price being a tad higher. Great job Sara!

I ordered a dimmer switch from 1000Bulbs.com, which, unfortunately, turned out to be defective. I filled out the online RMA form and received an email back a couple days later from Kristi, stating that the purchase price would be refunded right away, and that there was no need to ship the defective product back to them. This was as smooth and hassle-free of a return process as I've ever encountered with an online store. Defective products happen, but the response to such eventualities is the true test of a company's character. I'm very pleased with how the situation was handled, and will be ordering from 1000Bulbs.com again.

I am a very happy customer of 1000Bulbs.com. I have ordered many items from them and have always receive what I ordered and it has always been on time. Recently I ordered a bunch of special bulbs.
One bulb out of seven was a defect. I told Kristi Hatzenbuehler from customer service and she took care of my problem right away. I would like to say thank you to 1000Bulbs.com and Kristi you have made my family and I customers of 1000Bulbs.com for life. Thank you again Kristi for going that extra mile to help a customer.

Kris Cox of customer support provided exceptional service for my order. Kris let me know when one of the items that I had ordered was back ordered and when I requested that the remainder of the order be shipped immediately, Kris did so. I then requested cancellation of the last item and this was done with no questions asked. I would recommend this company and Kris Cook for any business you have in regards to lighting products.

I ordered (50)each of six different colored C7 LED Christmas Lights from 1000bulbs.com. When I placed the order, my salesman, Mike Buckner, agreed to allow me to return a color if I didn't like it. I decided to return one color and after some initial confusion upon requesting an RA, they have agreed to allow me to return the lights and have waived the restocking fee AND issued a Call Tag to compensate me for my trouble.
