Great prices. Great Selection. Bought 7-8 bulbs for a violet wand. Although I received an email with an issue about product availability on a more obscure item I ordered, they resolved it quickly and I exchanged quite a few happy emails back and forth with a Kris Cox who was very helpful. very prompt and timely. If you need a bulk order of bulbs, or even just 5 or so, this is the place to go.

I am really inpressed with the quntity of products and the price! The service is amazing! my product was out of stock (only a couple of days)and I was alerted immediately wiht options. I waited and teh order shipped the same day they received the product. Kris Cox rocks!

As a first-time orderer, buying for a business, I was impressed with the helpfulness, speed and price this company offers. I was able to order by phone, meaning they could tell me if it was in stock and whether they could ship it TODAY. Yes to both, and they did exactly as they said. When I had to call them about a bulb broken in shipment, they were full of apologies and replaced it immediately. This company is now my supplier. Every company should be run this way.

Ordered 3 150` rolls of rope lights this time,clear soft white,they did not match in color tone,they were different in design,2 sets showed a scissor at the cut marks the other strand had a bar line,Also after installing them there were 2 18" blanks where the lights were out.
All of this after i rented a cherry picker for the weekend at a cost of $300. 2-full days of wasted time with there cheap product.
When I Called I Got Sorry For That I nenr Heard of the lights not matching,O yea i will send you the light repair supplies You needing a cherry picker to get up to the repair is your problem not ours. I YOU NEED QUALITY SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE

1000 Bulbs is great. I have ordered from them in the past and have always had prompt service. This time, I placed an order for an item that turned out to be out of stock. Kris Cox emailed me within 12 hours, I picked a substitute product, and even though the substitute was more expensive, Kris gave me the price of the original item.

The prices are much better than elightbulbs.com. A Sylvania 20884 only costs $7.20 each ($6.64 for 10 or more) while elightbulbs.com costs $10.99. Do the math - 33% cheaper? Also, I did not have to worry about out-of-stock items - 1000bulbs.com personnel took care of all the worries. Thank you 1000bulbs.com - you are a big help to small companies like mine.

This was my first order from this store and I have been very impressed with their attentive customer service. The item I ordered was out of stock but they informed me immediately and kept me informed on my order until they were able to ship it. Also, they were able to fill the order two weeks earlier than their first estimated ship date. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Just had a fantastic customer service experience, it was regarding saving money, aprtial shipments out of stock items etc. A customer service rep contacted me personally (Kristie Cox), and really took the care and time to make sure i got the best deal and best service. Phenomenal. My order was a small order too, yet was treated like a big customer. Thanks 1000bulbs!

As a purchaser for a Fortune 100 company I deal with many vendors every day. After being fed up with the inconsistency of pricing I received from several of them, I decided to do some digging online. I stumbled upon 1000bulbs.com and decided to place a fairly hefty order because of their prices (less than half the cost of my next best option). I order large quantities quite often, so its no surprise to me when parts go on back order, however I like to stay in the loop when this happens. With the dozen plus orders I have placed with 1000bulbs, only a few items have been backordered and whenever this happens, I receive a notification immediately, which is nice to know. Further, Pam Womack consistently jumps through hoops to make sure I get my orders by the time I need them. Two thumbs up!!!

Pam Womack especially and the employees at 1000bulbs.com were very helpful in fulfilling my order. I ordered two bulbs for a Halloween item. At first it was on backorder, but then it came in the mail before Halloween and I was very happy. My husband bought be a Halloween item a few years ago at Walgreens and the item was made in China. I thought I would never find a replacement bulb for the item until I did research on the Internet. I came across 1000bulbs.com and they were very responsive to my request and also to following up on my order. I would recommend doing business with them.

I ordered several different types of bulbs from 1000bulbs.com after doing an extensive search on the web and found they had the best prices. After placing the order, I was informed by Sara Tefft in customer service that part of my order was not in stock and there would be a delay in shipment.Since I needed the bulbs for an event the quick response on behalf of 1000bulbs allowed me to cancel that portion of the order and find the bulbs elsewhere (I still couldn't find a better price). I was extremely impressed not only by the prices, but the excellent customer service that seems so hard to come by these days.

Excellent prices backed by excellent service. As a business owner, I have been purchasing bulbs from these folks for quite a while now. I have had no issues with the products and have enjoyed favorable pricing. I have recently also ordered some fixtures that I am extremely pleased with as well. I had a question regarding an erroneous order quantity on the fixture invoice. They immediately responded with accurate information showing the proper number were in transit. They even followed up with further communication and a drop shipment for the rest of the fixtures to expedite the order. I wish all my purveyors were as well run.

An order was placed and Pam Womack, Pro-Active Customer Service Supervisor notified me within 48 hours that the product was unavailable and would be on back order until October 30th. The option to select another product was offered and accecpted; the process was simple and the transaction was completed within 5 days. The customer service associated with our order was outstanding.
