Deal with them all the time. Always satisified. One day or less reply to any emails sent to customer survice. Watch for their sales to get the best deal.

Although I bought from this company 10 years ago, I highly recommed them. I spent over $2000.00 with them for some video equipment and purchased an extended warranty contract through them also. Two years later, I needed a repair from damage I caused and found that the outside company that provided the warranty coverage was out of business. Camera World honored the warranty and paid the $300 plus bill to repair the Camera. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again! Ron

Recent purchase of an Olympus C 2100 Zoom Camera.
Salesman A.J. was very curtious,helpful,knowledgeable and
a pleaseure to do business with. Camera arrived on time well
packaged with all accessories as ordered.Invoice had all items as agreed to on telephone and exact prices quoted.
This order was completed the same as making the purchase face to face.This is my second dealing with Cameraworld
and if there prices are in line I would not do business
with any one else.They also sent UPS tracking info by email
just as I was told.Very satisfied with a great purchase.

I have purchased from Camerworld a number of times and have found them to be reliable and ethical. They are very customer oriented and helpful on the phone. I have had no problems with my orders from them.

This company went out of their way to give me good service. After being burned by another company, I found Cameraworld. They had the same product for a similar price, and they got it to me the next day (even though it was Saturday). After a few weeks, I determined that it didn't quite meet my needs. Even though it was well past their stated period for returns/exchanges, they agreed to exchange my camera for another model. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Cameraworld processed the order promptly. I called customer service to ask a few questions and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The lens I ordered arrived on time just as they stated it would.
