I have ordered a camera bag from photoally.com. Their price was the lowest around for that item and they ofered free shipping on top of that. They shipped my item immediately and the item arrived in perfect condition. Then I decided that I did not want it and asked for an RMA number via e-mail. They responded very quickly with an RMA number. Without any hassle I returned the product and they credited my account by the full amount 4 days after they received the return. Overall I am very satisfied with this company and will definetely do business again.

I ordered several camera accessories from Photo Alley. When they had back-ordered 2 of the 4 items, I emailed to ask when they expected the items. They gave me a date a week away, but I received one item in two days (after an email from Skip Cohen the VP no less). The next item he got in a day after that and he upgraded to overnight shipping. All along he gave me statuses of my order.
I was quite happy with the service. It was a pleasant experience.

I ordered the Nikon 950 from PhotoAlley on Friday at 3:30 p.m.. True to their policy, they shipped UPS free 2-day delivery on Monday and I received it Wednesday. Their price was a little higher than NetMarket BUT NetMarket couldn't deliver the product.

I have placed two orders with Photoalley for Lowepro camera bags and never had the slightest problem. Very low price compared to other online dealers, plus free UPS shipping.
Can't beat that, along with quick shippment, and they supplied a tracking number as soon as each order was sent.
Photoalley equals my experience with buy.com, and I will continue using both of them.

I can't say enough about this company. Superb service, excellent web page, good prices. Their stuff is in stock, too. I ordered a Nikon Coolpix 990, and the camera is that much nicer because of the service I got from photoalley.com. They send you notifications of order placement, and their web site shows order status with links to the shipper's tracking number. I will make every digital photo purchase from this company.

Photoalley.com sells lots of stuff for photography, both 35 mm, camcorders, optical equipment and digicams. I wanted a 43 mm Tiffen filter for my Oly C-2020z and found it at photoalley for a very competitive price. They offer a free shipping option which keeps it affordable as the lover price for the item, the more important the free shipping/handling turns out. It takes a little longer, but getting the filter for about half the price the local store asks is simply great. Nothing but positive things to say, and their site offers guides and more, so it is worth a visit.
