Excellent experience! Purchased Kodak DC-4800 digital camera. Reg. $599 with $100 store rebate and $100 Kodak mail-in rebate. Result=$399 camera. 2-day Fedex just $10. Shipped same day and arrived on-time, undamaged. Tracked from link in email and best of all, no one called to try to sell anything. Highly recommended!

It is really a professional mail-order store !!! Totally satisfied. I ordered an Olympus c-2040Z digital camera listed $599.95. In order to be eligible for the $100 off promotion, I add a film of couple bucks. With free S&H, I spent $503 for this package. I doubt there is any other place I can find such deal and their nice sales and professional management. Go to this store, you will never be sorry.

Called to place an order on 2/20 around noon. They had a President's Day sale that was for $100 off any order over $500 that ran through 2/19. I wanted to purchase an Olympus C2040 Zoom camera, which they had listed for the going rate of $599. Other places like Buydig.com and Xtremeshopper.com had the same camera listed for $475 + ~$40 shipping. However, when calling both of those retailers, I was treated to rude salespeople that gave me the run around after placing an order days before...and that the camera had been oversold.  
 
My PhotoAlley rep, Kristen, assured me that the camera was in stock and would ship the same day if I ordered then. She politely asked if I needed any accesorries and didn't put up a fight when I said no. I asked if I could get the President's Day $100 off deal and she said that the promotion was over.....I gave her some BS saying that I tried to order online the night before and got an error message. She agreed to credit the order $100 for me, so I got the camera for only $499 (with free shipping), which was less than any other retailer (when you add-in the other's huge S/H charges and the fact that they don't even have this camera in stock). Before finishing the call I asked how much overnight shipping was. I was shocked to learn that it was less than $15. After getting screwed by those other 2 places, I was anxious to get my camera, so I popped for the reasonably priced overnight shipping and the camera arrived the next morning (today).  
 
I'm very pleased with my experience with this company and will shop there again. I think I'll ask for Kristen again, as she was VERY helpful and was not pushy at all.

All I can say is I got a Nikon coolpix950 for $340 delivered after rebates, which I have already received all of them except for ebates, which is coming in a couple of weeks. Everything went smooth. Had the camera within 3 days. They delivered on everything they promised. Recommend highly.

I have ordered from PhotoAlley.com and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Customer service is great. They are able to respond to problems I have had with items and were resolved Would not hesitate to buy from again.

I bought a Nikon N80 QD, Nikon 28-80mm lens, Tamarac camera bag, Tiffen filters, and batteries from PhotoAlley during the weekend of Thanksgiving 2000. I used their discount along with the MSN Passport 20% off discount and saved a bunch of money, but it wasn't without problems. The lens I received were bad so I returned them for an exchange - but they ran out of the 28-80mm lens so I was waiting for it to come back into stock. To make matters worse, Nikon requires that you send in the extended warranty within 10 days of PURCHASE, which makes it really difficult with mail order during the holiday season. Because my replacement was not going to get here until 3 weeks after my original purchase, I would have to get a new receipt, so I needed to talk to a supervisor - I called over 15 times and asked to speak with Debbie, the supervisor, but was NEVER able to get ahold of her. She "promised" to call me back 5 times (5 days in a row) but never did. Horrible experience. I canceled the order and placed it with CameraWorld.com - a much more satisfying experience.
